First time I go to this place, unprofessional service, unfortunately I was looking for a solution to my problem, but I did not find it.

The people here were really helpful when it came to helping out my mom and a certain issue she was having.

Community services, and a good room for rent for all kinds of events! !!!

They make you feel so welcome the parent center is awesome it gives you great information about school and more

Today I was a pass with a guy HENRY has a despotic attitude did not give me any solution just to leave the country or because I am the wife of an American citizen

Time wasted 7 hours for nothing I went there around 6am other people came later than me and they go out earlier than me i don't recomend this place.

This place is horrible! The only reason why I came here in the first place was because I saw good reviews and see how economic it was since they seem to be called non-profit and they charge you like a normal attorney and to top it off they charge $50 to be seen within 6hrd later. I arrived at 9:30 AM with my wife and we did not get seen until 3:30 PM, the girl in the front (Katherine) said we would get seen within 1 to 1 hr and a half.. time was passing and passing we asked how much longer and they said you got 2 more people ahead of you, well other people that got there after us left way before us. At the end we were the last people in the waiting room. Then we finally got seen, the gentleman who helped us (Henry) did not give us a good attitude seemed like he was in a bad mood that he did not even introduce himself at no time and I had to ask him what his name was not is not professional at all.

Wuaa is an excellent place to help people with limited economic resources. There in that place m helped so that my children could be here with me my respects for lack

They are too busy that they do not have time to answer calls or questions in person and much less when one does not have the cases with them they do not offer any kind of help.

They help the community. Their services are free or at a very low cost.

I was pleased with the professionalism and organization by which my wife's and daughter's K-1 conversion to the temporary residence card was completed at this office. Henry was very knowledgeable of the process and the necessary forms for a thorough application. After being ripped off 12k by an attorney, this place was able to do an extraordinarily job with the application. Thank you all and God Bless

I came here because they are motivated by money. These people really cared about me and the best part that throughout the entire process I only ended up paying $200. I had gone to a for-profit lawyer and the process was estimated to cost me over $2k. For this alone, I will always go there. They are nonprofit.

They never answer !!!! They ask that people have an appointment but can not answer the phone to make an appointment. they give # of ext but tanpoco do not serve. So they have a phone if they will not answer it?

I give them the stars because they did attend to me and my husband too ... he already got the card with the 500 dollars to him, they took his job since the covid 19 started ... and it came just because We no longer even had food. THANK YOU CARECEN For your valuable help.

Thanks to them I have my work permit and very soon first God will have my residence. The services are not free, but it is worth paying, I was even surprised with what they charged me. It was nothing compared to what a lawyer would charge me Immigration, they are an organization and help people. God bless all who work there.

It is not fair that being a prestigious organization that, as they help the immigrant, play like this with the feelings of the most needy, promoting giving aid to those who are running us from our homes for not being able to pay the rent and you lend yourselves to this game that you call To get help, now I wonder which help the truth I do not think that out of 200 people I have asked myself, no one has entered the call to the numbers they gave to speak and request help, I do not think that of those 200 people have not even entered a call that is a mockery for the immigrant people they are not helping it is pure lies and what a sadness that they have you there all day on the phone dialing so that the call comes in and nothing would think that only about 10 maximum people do not enter the calls because it is saturated but 200 people ask them and no one got a call to them and gentlemen I imagine that they are still making fun of us as we are desperate trying to that between the call to their offices, that is my humble opinion hopefully and the power of God does not punish them for making such a barbarous lie May God bless you see you later

No service is free, but at a low cost. My case is taken by Nora Phillips. Too bad he doesn't work there anymore. She is a very good lawyer and very professional if she loves her job. . . I felt very safe putting my case in his hands.

It was a nightmare. I got to the place at 8:17am and they finally talked to me around 3pm. Waited more than six hours with no food in my stomach. Then once they attended me, HENRY who helped me out asked a few questions before letting me know that I was not eligible to apply for residency in this country. I was like I already know that. So then I went ahead and told him that I had previously talked to a lawyer and the lawyer let me know that it was possible to do it and whatnot, and he gave me a big attitude about it. I proceeded to ask him what forms need to be filled out and he was like it is not about the forms it is about how you go about it, which I understood. I was able to take his little attitude because I am a strong individual but it is very unprofessional to leave someone especially a client without any other options or hope. Most of these cases are very serious, and clients are on the bridge of wanting to give up (in my case). I know there IS a way, but to just out rightly say that I am not qualified to apply is not what clients want to hear. To sum it up, I won t ever go there again unless I have an appointment with a LAWYER and not a notary, so that they can review my case. Also, besides waiting for 6+ hours, I had to pay $25 to have a hopeless five minute conversation. Just a tip: if you cannot handle the case of a client handle it over to someone that can or at least someone who's nicer and can offer RESOURCES to continue fighting for their goal.

They were very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This is the best place to get help for residency etc. They are really friendly. Usualy full but if you are a early bird you might just be the first one in line. Be there at 7:30 always!

I have been to Carece for almost a year and according to what they would help me and I have hurt many times to try to talk to my designated worker and bring them what has come to me from immigration and I have never been able to see her again, they just tell me to call her and I never returned a single call. I've just been wasting my time and the opportunity to fix my situation.

So many people come in here with an optimistic vision, more than half of them leave with another load of BS they have to worry about. if you are Black don't go there. i was there from 5;58 am till 2;30pm they were not able to help me they did not even see me. i guess because i was the only Black person there.

Very great place they do what ever possible to help your situation much cheaper than other places. Parking is not the best and it gets crowded so try to be here early
