So this company, Card Connect just starts taking money from our bank account without authorization. They stated they had a digital signature which is incorrect, i never authorized services. And, they are not providing merchant services for me as we have a different provider. So they took hundreds of dollars and never provided any services for the money. They would have kept charging my account if i hadn't caught them. Thieves, Fraud. Crooks. And their monthly charges were higher than my regular service provider. Don't do business with these crooks. I don't know who would give these people a positive review. The Jim Glazebrook reviews were most likely compensated. If you want random charges to your account labeled "FEE" then CardConnect is for you. You'd probably be better off not accepting credit cards at all than getting involved with this processor.

Service Autopilot switched to Clearant. Upon switching Card Connect was never used. Yet the monthly fees continued to be processed for 0 transactions. They will not reimburse for 5 months of no usage. Customer service manager compared it to having cable. She needs to be replaced.

We are so glad we made the switch to CardConnect a year ago! Not only has it saved us money in monthly credit card fees, but it has improved our front desk's efficiency as well. Their virtual terminal is incredibly user friendly (it's very difficult to make any sort of mistake that can't be easily and quickly fixed) and suits our patients' needs quite well. Our rep, Jim Glazebrook, is a genuinely kind man and is always available for any questions or concerns that we might have. We are so pleased with our experience with CardConnect!

They need better customer service. We put in a cancellation request to take effect at end of billing cycle. They canceled it immediately instead. Luckily, we had other provisions. My phone call prior to inquire about the process was met with a woman with a very bad attitude. I suppose this is the manager. I was with them for 7 years.

Customer support is horrible.Comunication with them is by email and they take forever to respond. They have hidden fees ans the closed our account because an online order trie dto make multiple charges during a short time. They now closed our account and are holding our money for 180 days.They said they tried to email us but they couldnt.We have emailed them back and forth many times. I lost thousands of dollars.Dont use them or any of the other companys they change there name alot. I would give them a zero if I could.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - This company is very unethical. We signed up for their Virtual Terminal, they accepted a Credit Card charge from my company and now refuse to release the payment to my account. They are stating our account is now in review. They refuse to reverse this transaction.

I have been doing business with CardConnect for about 6 months now, and they have been Awesome! Our representative, Jim Glazebrook has been great to work with. Jim is always available to answer any questions I have! And they have saved us a lot money in fees! I would highly recommend them to handle your credit card business.

We've been using CardConnect for over a year and are so happy with them. Their 24/7 support is helpful and our representative Jim Glazebrook is always available to help. I had a company call to compare rates and was told they could not do any better than what we have now! Very happy.
