Never have I dealt with poorer quality company. If I could rate negative stars I would. There is no customer service and none of the supervisors work. EVER. We have been waiting over a year for reimbursement on some tests our family had done and to this day no reimbursement. Over 40 hours on the phone with them and no one knows what's going on. Always told someone will give us a call back and have never received one. I would stay far away from this company. It's sad how companies like this will be sure to take your money on time but then make their customers wait years for reimbursement. I wish we got paid for the time we have spent on the phone with this company we could go on a vacation. This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. HORRIBLE. Still waiting for that call back.

My dad passed away unexpectedly recently I am his beneficiary he worked for the union for over 30 years and they are telling me I will not be receiving his pension because his pension was only supposed to go to a spouse my dad was never married he actually planned on retirement he was 55 so not only am I dealing with the grief of my father I m dealing with absolutely terrible customer service when I have called these people they have been nothing but rude and have not given me any reason as to why I can t have his pension other than it only goes to a spouse so my question is why have a beneficiary and have a pension when there s no access to it after the person passes away ? I mean my father put in blood sweat and tears for this union and has nothing to leave behind a lot of sketchy and shady things seem possible even if this is true are union workers aware that their pension will not be going to their children or beneficiary if they aren t married I can honestly say this has been the worst customer service I ve ever experienced they simply don t care it seems anyways if anybody knows anything about this pension plan and could give me answers please email me or something this is absolutely terrible I need answers I had cremate my father and have a sad ceremony for him because we couldn t afford much I m very heart broken and just want give my dad justice he stressed to me while he was alive that I would get his pension life insurance and everything else like I said I am the beneficiary but the union and this company has not given me any information other than he had nothing and the money that he put into his pension for 30 years is just going to go back into the company.
The customer service for this company is abysmal. They are disorganized and unhelpful. I just spent 3 hours on the phone with them and the hospital trying to resolve a billing issue. Every time I called I was told something different. The people who work for this company are nothing but rude and disrespectful. If I could give them -5 stars I would.
If I could give these people 0 stars I would. They lie and cheat and try to steal. Shame on IBEW for making their members have to deal with this company whose goal it is to try their best not to give you YOUR money.
I came here for my paperwork for my pension and they keep said the same : I sent the paperwork to you by mail (5)... since November 2020 !! I will get my lawyer to call them! Terrible!
Worst of all, I don't understand how this level of customer service is tolerated. They're arrogant and don't seem to understand what they're supposed to be doing. I'm told something different every time I call. They are extremely rude. Please let me know if you know who I should contact to file a complaint.
Got shot 3 times and carday paid for everything but my co-pay. Out of $100,000 for the surgeries, I pay $2,135. Pretty good if you ask me! It's just a bit inconvenient to call them, cuz they are east coast and I'm in Arizona. Have to catch them early for me or they are closed
