Not the easiest site to use but got my wife a great deal on her new car

Have just taken 3 x new BMW 5 series from these Guys. Vicki, Lauren and the Team were super efficient. We have been dealing with AFL and Car Leasing Made Simple for nearly a decade and they just prove to have the best deals time after time with real efficiency in their support and delivery.

The process of re-ordering each time my lease was about to finish was seemless and even better, painless.

The guys listened to what I wanted and always endeavoured to secure me the best deal possible.

Had excellent service from Car Leasing Made Simple last July when I got a Kia Rio.

There was a minor manufacturer fault with the car but my local Kia dealership fixed it with no problems at all.

The leasing arrangements were simple (as it says on the tin!) and any questions I had were quickly and properly answered by the staff.

Wilko is a great shop for towels to suit cases to toiletries lotions and potions

After a bit of a nightmare start CLMS went out of their way to deliver a great service, there was a long wait for the car I ordered but they gave me a great spec new car free of charge whilst I was waiting to receive mine. On arrival I am very happy with the car and the ongoing service.

Just received my 4th vehicle in as many years from this company - 3 Toyotas and a Mazda. If you are able to wait and take one of their special offers as they come up, then some of their deals are fantastic. A big thank you to Adam in particular for being patient with me, and to the admin team for making the process pain free. Much appreciated. Mark

Very poor service, could not get through to peron I needed to speak to. They never got back to me

The car has been good throughout its first year and let's hope it stays that way.

I currently have a Skoda Superb estate on lease which was at a bargain price as the model was due a facelift.
Very good service from the moment I requested a quote and am delighted with the car.
I would definately say give them a try.

WARNING - Using AFL was the most STRESSFUL, HORRENDOUS experience I have ever had with any leasing company. DO NOT USE THEM. First of all, my van was 4 months late and the team were dreadful at keeping me up to date with what was going on - I had to contact them to be told what on Earth was going on, this is my business vehicle so it was incredibly stressful. Finally, when the van arrived, it was the WRONG SPEC. I had spoken SO MANY times on the phone and explained what spec I needed, they are completely incapable. They make you feel like you can trust them but this couldn t be further from the truth. I had to decline the delivery of the van, meaning I had to ask for a replacement van - they would not give me one and said my only option was to wait 3 MONTHS WITHOUT A VAN. This is not an option as my business is unable to run without a van.



Overall I cannot express how much of an awful exprience I have had with this company. I wouldn t even give them 1 star if I could.

Two years into a three year business lease deal on a poverty spec Jaguar XF, and its looking expensive against all the competition. To be fair it was competitive when we took it on, but I would recommend a two year deal to anyone now.

We had a few warranty issues with the car initially, but they were resolved after a couple of attempts by our local Jag dealer. Other than that no problems.

Wish I could chop it in against a better deal/car now, you live and learn.

I have been a customer of Car Leasing Made simple for many years and have ALWAYS found the team a pleasure to deal with. I have tried other companies in the past and none come close to the service I get from Car Leasing Made simple even though I am based in Northern Ireland, their services are streamlined and unlike other companies they don't forget about me once the car has been delivered. Highly recommended.

All good experiences - helpful, attentive. Fulfilled expectations throughout. Use regularly and have recommended in the past!

Excellent service!! I have used this company now for 4 years they took care of my Kia lease until the day I handed it back and delivered my shinny new Nissan on the same day.

On arrival the car smelt of burning rubber- a very pungent smell which lasted an hour or so- the smell when a car has been driven at speed with sudden breaking

The car had water marks all over it- I questions the delivery driver and he informed me it was because he picked it up wet and therefore the wind when driving had caused these marks

Once I had signed the documents of delivery I felt vulnerable and under pressure to help the delivery driver arrange his transport arrangements back- I was asked to make phone calls to local taxi firms after I made it clear I was unable to give him a lift to the nearest train station- a customer should not be made to feel they HAVE to help the delivery driver with their travel arrangements . I felt a vulnerable woman with a strange man 'hanging around' until his transport arrangements were sorted
