WARNING - Using AFL was the most STRESSFUL, HORRENDOUS experience I have ever had with any leasing company. DO NOT USE THEM. First of all, my van was 4 months late and the team were dreadful at keeping me up to date with what was going on - I had to contact them to be told what on Earth was going on, this is my business vehicle so it was incredibly stressful. Finally, when the van arrived, it was the WRONG SPEC. I had spoken SO MANY times on the phone and explained what spec I needed, they are completely incapable. They make you feel like you can trust them but this couldn t be further from the truth. I had to decline the delivery of the van, meaning I had to ask for a replacement van - they would not give me one and said my only option was to wait 3 MONTHS WITHOUT A VAN. This is not an option as my business is unable to run without a van.



Overall I cannot express how much of an awful exprience I have had with this company. I wouldn t even give them 1 star if I could.
