Store is drive-through only. No dine-in and no online orders. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. Food was great, as expected.
Hoping this is just a temporary staffing issue.

Picture was taken at 8:03 pm on July 17th 2021 was told they closed at 8. Sounds like lazy workers to me. Maybe the franchise owner should know this
First captain D's that wouldn't allow me to have my fish country/southern style instead of battered. Out of baked potatoes, out if southern style fish, out of tartar sauce...I think if you're out of items you should say that in your introduction. That's more valuable to me than a Hello
Such a friendly visit. Great customer service, she took her time and listened to me and got my order right. Food was nice and hot!
Worst Captain D's ever! I waited in a long line at the drive through for a single order and asked for fried fish sandwich with tarter and cheese. I also asked for an ice water at checkout. The kid gave me a look like I was imposing on him (he's standing right in front of the ice and drink dispenser) but gives me an ice water with no straw. Then hands my meal out the window. So I park and check my meal. No fork, no napkins, no tarter sauce for my fish, no straw for the drink. The bun wasn't toasted, it was refrigerator cold. The A-holes who own these franchises still haven't opened their lobbies, so I can't walk in for condiments. I have to get back in a line behind 6 cars, and wait again while my fish gets cold. When I get to the window, I explained that I didn't get anything but the food, the same snotty kid argues with me "I gave you 4 tarter sauces!". So I ponder why anyone with four of these would sit in line to scam him out of another one -for a single fish sandwich... Then I insist that I didn't get any. So he huffs and grabs napkins, a tartar, and a fork and says "Here! Have a nice day!" in a sarcastic tone... Still no straw, but I decided to just drink out of the cup. At last I got to park and eat a cold fish sandwich in my car, and didn't even have to eat side dishes with my fingers. I decided never to visit the Donelson store again. In fact it will be a long time before we go to any Captain D's. We usually eat at one of the Nashville locations at least once a week, but there's better places to eat in Nashville.
Food was perfect and the lady at the window was super nice.
