Agata was always so helpful, helped us negotiate the price down on a unit we loved, and helped guide and accommodate us when COVID-19 made our moving process run into bumps in the road over and over.

Theo is the best, most persistent, hardworking realtor I have ever encountered. The first time we met him he was so pleasant and informative. There wasn t much on the market at the time, so Theo would contact us every time something new came up. He knew our standards and he stuck to them, providing us with only the best options. If we could give 6 stars, we would. Ours was not an "easy" sell. The property was great but the buyers presented many "challenges"--one after another--that Robert and Theo handled perfectly. As absentee sellers, we and our property needed extra attention. Theo provided a level of service with an obvious desire to satisfy at every point in the process that was nothing short of remarkable. We will be forever thankful!

I call this number and spoke with Agata Landa in regards my brother Maximo Liz for an apartment and she didn't want to rent the apartment because i'm hispanic. what type of real estate is this , asking me so much questions just to not rent the apartment if you guys don't accept hispanic people let the person know , or change your employees.

Tommy was great and provided a smooth and effortless renting experience. He was very helpful in answering our questions and was responsive when we initially reached out and through the process. Thank you and Agata as well for your help! Would highly recommend.

Agata Landa was absolutely amazing! I found my apartment on Zillow and as soon as i contacted her she responded promptly with a virtual video tour. She was very professional, flexible and responsive, impressively during these times. She processed all my documents and set up a meeting with the landlord in just a few days. I moved in to my new place within 2 weeks with her help. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone.

After trying to place our property "For Sale by Owner" and getting scammed by a deadbeat buyer, I decided to go with their firm. They screened all buyers and only came to me with qualified ones. Within 60 days, we were in contract. Since we are not local, they kept close eyes on the property, helped us find local workers to maintain it and really went the extra mile on any request. I had the best experience working with Theo. He is very persistent and hardworking. He made sure I got the apartment I wanted.

Very, very shady. Use venmo to receive deposits for apartment. I held an apartment through them and saw that they received a deposit for the same apartment the next day, before I even withdrew my application. Then avoided me and my roommate consistently when we requested our money back. If you must use them, avoid working with Michael, he was the one giving us the run around.

The Capri Jet Team especially Sofiya and Jessie did an outstanding job handling the sale of our house. They know the neighbourhood and did a great job marketing the house to get us the best possible price. They went to great lengths to arrange showings and numerous open houses and remained in constant contact throughout the process with updates.

There are always so many questions with a transaction like this. Every time we phoned there was someone to take the call and answer those questions thoroughly . Jessie always phoned back when she said she would. We were never rushed off the phone even though we probably asked the same question numerous times.

Theo did an amazing job and negotiated a very good deal for me! I had a long and painful search, and almost lost faith in finding something decent within my budget... Many brokers were just mean and looking only after their own interests, but Theo worked so hard to get me this place, and I was able to sign the lease after only 2 days.
