Very disappointed with arrangement. Nothing at all what I asked for and when I called and requested a new arandement and gave specifics the second arangement was worse. Very dark and dismal.
Showed up, didn't really give much guidance on what exactly I wanted, told them my price range and they put together a beautiful bouquet! Very pleased.

Awesome. Local, friendly, not too expensive. The selection is not always killer, but they make up for it with customer service and suggestions. This is the only place in Oly to buy cut flowers.

We got our flowers for our wedding this past weekend and overall had a good experience. My bridal bouquet was a bit different from what I had pictured but not in a bad way, it was beautiful! They were ready on time and were in good shape. One of the only downsides were that my bouquet wasn't secured quite enough to handle its weight, so some of it actually fell out. We got those pieces back in but I had to be really careful when holding it from then on to keep it together. The other was that we didn't receive a corsage that I ordered for my mother-in-law, so only one of the mom's got a corsage. Luckily she didn't mind but it was a bummer. I would still recommend this place.
Owner was extremely helpful. She saved my butt by making me a beautiful Thanksgiving arrangement the day before. And at a very reasonable cost! I look forward to coming back for more great flowers!
I called Capitol Florist from Houston to deliver flowers to a friend in Olympia after she hosted me in her home. As we spoke on the phone, I explained that we are both charity cosplayers who dress as Wonder Woman to support children s charities. I asked them to use red, gold, and blue flowers to match our favorite superhero. On top of beautiful flowers and a stunning cobalt blue vase, they incorporated Wonder Woman s golden lasso into the arrangement. It is absolutely stunning and perfect for Amazon of Olympia! I am so impressed by the beauty of this arrangement and the creativity used! Thank you, Capitol Florist...you are a superhero when it comes to beautiful floral arrangements!
Its amazing to me that this place doesnt have 5 stars. Its one of my favorite downtown businesses. Theres not many well curated, beautiful businesses in our downtown so show some love!! 5 stars all the way.

While searching for a florist for my wedding I heard great things about Capitol florist, however, they do not follow up, return emails, or even simply call you back when you inquire 3 times that you would like to place an order. I cannot comment on the actual quality of the flowers for the above reasons.
Wonderful, friendly service, an array of beautiful, healthy, interesting plants -especially bromeliads - at reasonable prices, and lovely, unique floral displays. As a big, queer, not wealthy-looking man, I tend to feel uncomfortable in a lot of florist shops, because they tend to be either overtly religious or overtly classist; I often feel like I'm being Monitored for what kind of trouble I am going to cause. This has never been my experience at Capitol Florist.

I am so SO happy I chose Capitol Florist! My best friend was blown away and so was I. I had to go off Google reviews and closest proximity to where my friend works because I'm not from Olympia, and Capitol Florist had excellent reviews. I gave the stylist an amount, told her a couple colors my friend likes and I just asked her to use her creativity and run with it. THANK YALL SO MUCH! The bouquet was beyond perfect!

Last Tuesday was my anniversary and I forgot to send flowers. I called after 1 PM and Capitol Florist was able to deliver to my wife's workplace within the hour. The arrangement they provided was incredible. My wife's colleagues and her 5th graders absolutely loved the flowers. I highly recommend this business.
