Capital Express has great and kind staff and really enjoys seeing people and also does their job precessional and the right way!!! All their staff are great people and very kind!!!

The drivers are extremely rude. They use profanity and scream at my Mother In Law for parking in front of 930 Stewart by the main entrance to pick my wife up who has spina bifida and hydrocephalus. These drivers need to learn patience, respect and needs to act more professional. Otherwise they need to shut down!!!

This morning on the corner of thrush ln and whitney way at 7:20 AM a Capital Express van obnoxiously honked at me several times while I was waiting for an my opportunity to turn left. This was extremely rude behavior when I am unable to go -anywhere- because it is not safe. Not much else to say except I would expect better behavior from someone who is transporting handicapped individuals, they obviously don't care for their SAFETY.

I have been with capital express for about 6+ years. ALL the drivers are polite and very respectful. I never had a problem with any drivers.
