Colin Kennedy charged our card without approval on 3.3.16 for $279.67 stating a "weight increase" Now to file a chargeback with our bank.

Roadrunner partner carrier Perez Logistics in California missed a delivery appointment, never called and our customer incurred $500 in labor waiting for delivery. They were so pissed that they cancelled their order.

Capital Transportation's reply? Pay up and also pay for the return since it is not their problem that their contracted carrier failed service that was pre-paid for.

How is this good business when their contracted carrier screws up a delivery and they still charge you for their screw up? It is not good business and if you are contemplating shipping with this company, please keep in mind that they will 100% not protect you the customer and will not fight for you against the carrier. I suggest going to another brokerage.

If they decide to do the right thing and either fight to get the charges removed or pay them out of their own pocket, I will remove this review. If this is still here, they refused to do the right thing.

This companies solution to this? They closed our account and not only abandoned the shipment but charged us for this failure.

To also find out Perez Logistics is running personal vehicles for deliveries outside their operating authority and illegally. Roadrunner has been informed but also is allowing illegal transportation

We will be notifying the CHP, DOT and taking Capital Transportation Solutions to court to recoup our losses. It is mind boggling that they would rather screw over customers and lose more long term business than actually take responsibility for their carriers errors.

We suggest you take your business elsewhere to a vendor that works hard to keep your business and will protect you from illegal transporters
