I was lied too from the very start and I feel conned into the apartment we are now in. Crhc said there was ev charging, they lied, they said they were very strict on who could be a tenant, they lied, the first floor has many scruffy people that would normally be homeless, government put them in our building. They have to live somewhere and I dont mind except everyones amazon packages keep getting stolen and crhc wont put up cameras! They say its an invasion of tenants privacy. Many other apartments have cameras for years. The front door is jamming open all the time so anyone can walk in. The elevators are horribly installed and jerk up and down as you step in. I would strongly suggest not moving here!

If you are a low-income family, get onto the BC Housing list and choose CRHC Housing. These are well-maintained housing developments, with rent geared to income, in some excellent locations. All the staff are very approachable.

I just had a horrible experience dealing with the Administration staff as well as the building at 7:15 Treanor Ave has no insulation so if you like to be woken up in all hours of the night and never get a full night's sleep this is the building for you
