I'm so glad I see those reviews because I think I will be mad if I went there and got played. But guess what I ignore their invitation their keep calling me I blocked their number and still manage to call me, like stop your company is a flop I ain't gonna be the one to help so SHABYE it is what it is, and that's what I say and what I say is what I say.

I ve worked at Capital Marketing Events for 6 weeks now, it s been an phenomenal experience. Challenges me both physically and mentally in remaining uncomfortable for future growth.
I've been pleased by the amount of positivism from the team. Been welcomed and treated really well. Was invited to see the day to day work of the sales and marketing team. Spent some time with the managers and oversaw part of the training. Really gave me a great overview of the company before receiving an offer.
Amazing place to be able to work within an environment with inspiration professionals, from all walks of life. The welcoming company has given me a sense of direction and contributed to my progression with my career plans. I m grateful for the opportunities I ve been given.
Just as some comments say its a scam guys. Pure pyramid scheme. They work entry levels to the bone on 12 hour shifts (no contract) nor are you paid by day/hour/week/month but by performance. You run around London aimlessly begging people to purchase merch with no care to your own financial situation. Its a big no from me and i'd advise you stay cautious when accepting roles like this, they hid alot from me during even once i was accepted.
Been working here for 4 months, already gained a lot of new skills and developed old ones. A really positive place too work with a great set of people. If you want progression this is the place to be as there are huge opportunities.
When they said they provided training they meant. I was invited to a conference, lunch included, free of charge. Got tons of good info and my personal mentor was making sure I was attending the right topics.
Went from being shy to confident. I was pushed to practice my communication and public speaking skills every day. I was given books, videos and tutorials for myself to improve at a fast rate.
I saw a lot about the business in just a couple of hours. I had a full day assessment / induction day. Not just useful, I learned how many hours I d work and how much money I d earn as I moved my way up the company. Career prospects were good.
Challenging work made to drive you towards your goals. Being surrounded by so many positive individuals has given me the opportunity to learn a wealth of information. Helped me develop as an individual and helped me learn more about the business world. Awesome opportunity to move into a management role in a short space of time.
If I want to I can travel to a different destination every week. Just need to show interest, show eagerness to learn and progress and then I am sent with a team that matches my skills.
This "company" seems like a scam. You are working 12 hour shifts without any contract. The job itself is to stand in a shopping centre and try to sell overpriced products. Literraly brainwashing people.
The business is rewarding in itself. Knowledge and training available for free. Opportunity to progress just based on your results. The faster you learn, the faster you grow.
Good place to work at. Great for people who want to change career and learn again. Excellent for people with education but little to no experience in communication skills.
Great relationship between the team and management. Been supported from the start and relied a lot on the training provided for me to develop my experience and skills. Now I am giving that chance back to new people as I oversee 60% of their training.
I've had the experience to have Capital event's director consult for me. The team provided amazing support and not only gave me valuable insight into team management, but proved it worked by applying those values to their days. The company has grown quite rapidly due to a team that is not afraid to get their hands dirty and give excellent results. Definitely a bright future ahead for the team.
Very impressed with how I grew from entry level into a senior role in a couple of weeks. All thanks to a team that is supportive and always there to help.
Spending time with a team that cares about targets and making the company grow. I learned a lot about entrepreneurship and seeing the managing director invest so much time and effort in the team is worth praising.
I worked at Capital Events for a long time and it has taken good care of me in the last four years that I have worked here. Great perks and benefits, massive social events, fancy evenings and great people to meet.
The best thing about the job is the people you work with. We always say that we re looking for a friendly environment, but this is the first time where people understand it. It was vibrant, full of energy. I could have open conversations with people and get problems fixed. There was a no politics policy, meaning everyone was promoting each other s strengths because that helped the team progress.
Sophinna put a lot of effort in my development, from simple one on one coaching session to more complex courses and training for me get up to speed really fast. I achieved in a couple of days what it would take weeks in other companies. Very confident in my performance, the team recognises my value and I am more than happy to help others achieve the same results.
Hey all! Be aware from Capital Events Marketing, they are not offering employment, they just want to play with you, your time and your money. They want you to try to sell products in different spaces, with no payment as salary, no under contract terms and no hourly fixed.
I was invited at the same day that I applied by LinkedIn and they just made me an interview where they didn t even check my CV. A man named as Josh explained me that they have a vacancy for entry marketing level and they are increasing the company through the city, then they need self motivated staff to increase the business and achieve an executive level.
After my terrible answers to this man, they emailed me saying that I got a good impression from them and they invite me to spend a whole day with them... I just read from Glassdoor and Google reviews a lot of good comments and reviews to the company but guys, honestly, try to get one or more of these people, all the profiles are fake. I guess the staff area creating fake profiles to give self comments and then increase the score in reviews. Why do they just have 5 or 1 stars in reviews? Because people are disappointed and only put 1 star (or less but we can t) and the company put 5 stars for themselves. Liars.
