Found a job advertisement by them on Fast Jobs, went ahead and did what they told me to do (w/a them the job and all that). More than a week alrd passed still nvr get back to me. Best to apply for job by Talentvista or MCI at least they'd give you a interview.
Usually i dont trust the reviews and experience it myself to confirm. But the agents are so unresponsive

Lousiest agency I have ever came across. The way they count your commission is a total scam. They definitely eats up your pay. Deal at your own risk!
This is one of those recruitment agencies where you wonder why it is still functional and not running out of business like a certain Recr**t Asspre**.
The job ads they posted are highly questionable. And if you manage to get a lucky strike with a call from them, the agents are neither polite or professional. They treat candidates with no respect and try to act high and mighty. As though you are begging for a job from them.
And if they happened to call you at a bad time, don't trust that they will call you back even if they say they will. You can't even find them when you call them back.
Useless agency . Asked the agent politely to opt out of cpf contribution but in the end responded rudely and pay gets deducted cuz of cpf contribution . Deal at your own risk

They must have mined my resume from somewhere and paid quite a lot for it, because they kept pestering me with their job listing saying that it was very suitable for me even though I told them I was not interested and I have a job. Then they tried to tell me about the attractive salary which was half of what I earn now, and even when I told them that they said ohh you can discuss it in the interview . I hung up after saying no thanks. But the same recruiter called me using another number because I blocked her other number. I already said I M NOT INTERESTED. STOP BOTHERING ME. :/

Legit very bad. Beware of Jackson Tan so unprofessional. Didnt even do his necessary checks. And even ended up with a fine. So pls dont engage with Capita.

If I can rate zero, I definitely will. Trust me, they won t help you at all. They will only tell you to send your resume and they will MIA. That s it. Probably the worst job agency i ve ever came across! Oh yes, when they said they will call you back, they won t. Don t bother waiting. Move on.
I got my first job online. Using fastjob.sg, I found a job at City Square Mall. Then I think message the person. I got replies unlike those who didn't got a reply. I don't know if they are telling the truth or lying. Blah blah, so I went to Asia Square Tower 1, near Downtown MRT station. There will be a checkpoint station so bring along your IC. Tell the people at the counter that you are going to Capita, it is at 11 floor.
Was trying to apply for an admin job which needed 3 mths commitment. told the auntie I might have internship and she just went Mia. Deal with this agency at your own risk

One of those typical recruitment agency. Posted so many job vacancies & asked to whatsapp their useless agents. But don t bother to get a single reply from them, eventhough messages were read.
I have submitted several emails to them, and no response on my applications. I tried doing follow-ups and contacting them. They are rude and unprofessional. They are as bad, even not worse than recruit express. I feel like recruitment agencies just take advantage of weak people and profit from them.
not saying my experience was fantastic, but my agent was quite professional. she ensured that i understand the contract fully before signing anything. i believe not all agents are that kind and friendly but i guess i was pretty lucky.

Had a really atrocious experience with Capita. Agent had massive miscommunication with my manager from the start of my contract till the end which resulted in inaccurate information relay. Rarely replies my messages and queries until I repeatedly ask in a more aggressive manner, making me think that the agents just earn their commission and scram. Said he will get back to me on my request but received no confirmation nor reply until I ask again two weeks later. Final straw was when my salary was promised to come in 7 May which would have supplemented my financial needs, but today is already 11 May and I still haven t gotten my pay yet. Same goes to my part time colleague working alongside me. Trash of a HR agency.

I decided and realized Capita is one of the worst agents in Singapore. They cheated me of my pay from their clause and did not allow me a fair chance to go back to serve my notice, even though I was sick. The agent was lazy and asked me to sign their employment clause forms only when I wanted to resign. To in effect they ate up about two week of my pay. Beware of greedy agents.
Despite the mixed reviews on Capita, i feel that i was at least lucky enough to meet a really really nice and great agent thats been of great help to me. I think that the agent that you work with is really a key factor in your experience with the company. My agent managed to provide me with really really great service and is really nice and easy to talk to :))
Worst agency ever. If can i won t even rate one star. I Should have do my research before engaging their service. Avoid Tan guan Hong (Jackson) from capita.

She was friendly and helpful! She also took the time to get a better understanding of my resume as well as what my interests were.
Even though I did not obtain a job via their recruitment process, she was a good sport about it.
I cannot comment on the firms recruitment terms and conditions as I did not obtain a job through them.
