Capgemini has very good policies in place & competitive packages are paid as per the industry standard. However very poor management, most of the managers doesn't have management skills, very cliquish and immature environment, they fail in recognizing the results-driven consultants, don't care about the consultants hard work & contribution made to the organization, performance comes second to social stature within, Promotions based on friendships/clique, hence attrition rate is high. Senior management should realize as Capgemini unfasten lot of positions & clients because of unhappy consultants working in the respective projects, if this continues footprints will wane in Canada.

If you are Self motivated, Hard working & Results-driven individual I don't recommend this organization!
