I come here for bingo. The new management does a great job moving the fame play along and keeping people in line.

Before the quarantine it was a full 10/10 experience but during quarantine our director was very very harsh and yelled at everyone for no reason. Her name is Ms.America despite her ability to barely speak english. One of my friends got suspended for the whole friggin year for "going into a zoom and insulting someone" even though he went nowhere NEAR a zoom. His parents didn't believe him and it really sucks.

It is bad I definitely do not recommend this for your kids if they want to go to a after school program here are my reasons
1: the kids cuss loudly, throw things around and disobey the counselors
2: the counselors don t help you with homework, and just don t care in general
3: my final reason is that people get in fights yes FIGHTS and beat each other up in front of kids
These are my reasons I think BGC is a bad place for kids and if you are wondering how I know this it is because I went there and experienced these kinds of things and this is only the beginning.

my experience was horrible during the pandemic. Staff had her mask down and yelled at many of the kids when we took ours down. she was not working with the kids. she was to busy putting on makeup. she yelled at us for no reason. she would scream at kids and make them cry. the producer Rolando is very rude to parents and never replies to emails. one time she locked me and my friends in her room. honestly shes making many kids and perents leave the club.

This is a nice place if you play Bingo and you want to go around a crowd and next door in the daytime they have the girls and boys club for the children

Just to let you know that in the Boys and Girls of South San Francisco Mrs. America does not want to put on the mask to prevent the spread of COVID, I have repeatedly seen her talking to people without bringing the mask on, today when I picked up my son I asked him to put on the mask because my son went to have his temperature taken and asked her to put on the mask, she respond very angry that she had already received the vaccine, I replied that My wife and I also had the vaccine and that we still had to bring the mask, she began to tell me lies, that she had had an emergency and other nonsense arguments for me, she had already spoken with another staf about this and every day that I am going to pick up my son she does not wear a mask.
