I like the structure of this place. It always people to setup their things according to their preferences

It's a big place with terrible parking. What's there to say?

The current popular venue for exhibitions and conferences - a very high standard of food catering offered too - basically a venue rental with soon to be 6 halls. The annual Cape Town Jazz Festival is probably the most high profile and extensive use over a week-end of the entire venue. Parking availability is very good and City of Cape Town provides a free WIFI that other venues similar nature charge a fortune for.

My personal favorite Chef there is Chef Dany Delor, always waiting for what he will pull out of his Chef's hat next..

This convention centre is incredible. Cape town fore shore loads of parking etc.

A dozen visits here and each time is much the same. The building is magnificent and the utilities are great. It will and can cater to all conferencing and exhibition needs. The parking is good but to leave in peak traffic is a nightmare. I've spent up to 2 hours just trying to get out of the parking garage. It is a beautiful building; the only thing that pets it down is quite honestly the staff and most often the staff working the food and bev centers. The training on service, products and urgency are severely lacking. Almost every year it remains the single aspect that let's down the entire venue. Just on the last visit; I took a chicken mayo sandwich from the fridge which had no label. I asked 3 staff if it was chicken or tuna and no one could answer me, 5 staff later and 2 chefs who were called, all said they think it should be chicken. 40 minutes it took. This while several staff leaned against the wall and watched. This is one example of many.

Very nice place to make any sort of meeting and conferences.

The equipments are new and well mantained and facilities are very well cleaned

The CTICC plays host to numerous conferences and expos for everything from fashion to food to gaming. As a whole it's a large space with some attached eating venus, parking. Most events hosted do not use the entire space which can be sub-divided and thus depend on the event in question the visitors experience ranges from cramped and super busy to busy but reasonable.

The place is quite spectacular and has been renowned for many awards.

The location is very good, walkable from V & A waterfront as well as few good hotels.

CTICC hosted the conference SACO 2019. I had a visit to CTICC - 2 too & seen most parts. One of the finest convention center which won following awards.

Conference place that can be rated 5 star for high level meetings and interaction. This is also used as the main venue for the Cape Town Jazz Festival annually. Most conference's and Events take place here.

Love the new CTICC 2, the view from the 2nd floor is stunning. Also love the comfy seating areas on the ground level

Visited during the Radio 786 Pre Ramadan Expo, great venue to expose small business, sufficient parking and food on offer

Terrible in-house AV services provider. Our event ran 20mins late due to their incompetence. Waiting staff were noisy during event and the lighting in our room (Ballroom East) can only be full on house lights or dark cave. Food was cold and the beef tasted sour and off. Desert was cleared long before everyone had some. Disappointed in choosing this "well known and famous" venue for our event. Asanda, our liason on the night, however, was a kind and pleasant man who tried his utmost to assist us.

Food at baby expo was way overpriced and there were no planning food stall were very slow people taking each other food ect and food not good either prices inside stalls also way overpriced

Great modern and state of the art facilities. Great location with many hotels, restuarants and activities around it. Public transport is readily accessible and there is secure parking if you travelling with your own car. The area is safe and clean if you wish to walk to the local attractions.

Lovely convention Centre, very nice, clean and welcoming. Every time I have attended an expo or event at the CTICC it has been great and well organized. Restaurant inside is very overpriced though

Modern, clean, fantastic place for conferencing and expos

We've had the most spectacular event at CTICC!! Service throughout was top notch!! Venue is beautiful and pristine!! We've made the floor move on the 1st day when 3000 of us were dancing!! Attended a gala event with superb cuisine and dedicated staff that knew exactly what to do!! Lovely place!! Great memories!!
