Had a great time jet skiing a few weeks ago at Dennis Parasail and Jetski. Great conditions and great equipment. Tom was my guide and he was spectacular, as I was a bit nervous but he showed me the waters . He really made my trip worth it because without him I wouldn t have made it out the harbor. Great kid!
We had a large group go out for jet skiing. Paper work was quick and fully explained, plenty of clean life jackets for kids and adults.
Ride down to the dock was strange only because we all sat unattended in the van for at least 15 minutes before anyone came to drive us but I guess that s what you get for being too early.
Once we got down to the dock, Matt showed us everything we needed for a safe and fun ride.
Matt was polite and was quick and responsive when we needed help (my son and I fell off after a turn). He also came around to each jet ski and took pictures which he texted back afterwards.
There was some confusion with the second half of our group going out shortly after us and somehow one of the rides only lasted 20 min. Dennis Parasail refunded a large portion back which was more than fair.
Overall it was a great day and everyone had a fantastic time!
Drove two hours to get there. The two ladies who worked there have horrible customer service. Treated my group of 8 friends with racism. We are banned from going there just because we got there late. What an excuse. Never coming here again.
I was very satisfied with my experiences at Dennis Jet Ski. Their staff was very friendly and professional. Our guide DJ taught out first timers how to safely operate the Jet Ski and also took some great photos for us on the water.
Overall great Cape Cod activity that I would recommend.

I want to thank Mike and Colin for making my first experience in PARASAILING one to remember. They greeted us with a smile, explained all safety measures; even due to choppy water I felt safe and at ease before taking flight. Being in the air, was well needed away from the stress of the world. This was the best anniversary gift I could give to my boyfriend. My pictures were awesome and I'll be the first to say , the reviews some ppl wrote were wrong, you'll love this crew , And I'll be back
My kuds went for 1st time yesterday and it was a truly memorable experience. The staff also has outstanding compassion and patience for my two sons that are disabled. My eldest son has Down Syndrome and they were all so welcoming and patient with him. Can't wait to return.

This was a wonderful company. On the whole great, but especially impressed with our guide Matt. He so gently and sweetly communicated what to do (and when), while still making an interpersonal connection. This man was warm, welcoming, and kind. 5 stars (for Matt).
The crew at Dennis Parasail was awesome . The minute we walked in the door we felt welcome, excellent staff. Parasailing was so much fun, Mike & Mandy definitely keep you entertained. Jet skiing was incredible, fast machines. Thanks Brax . See you next year .

Highlight of summer trip on Cape Cod! Went parasailing and jet skiing the staff were wonderful and made sure we were comfortable and safe. They took great pictures of us on both activities and were able to put them straight on to our phones! Highly recommend going with Dennis Parasail and Jet Ski!!
Had a great time on the water for an hour during our recent trip. The Jetski seemed new and was nice and clean. Definitely will be back next time we're in the area
The staff was excellent !! My family and I had the best time it felt like we were out ther a lot longer than 1hr !! Looking forward to next summer for family trip and to do again .
First time out jet sking, this place was amazing. Skies are very easy to use and was so much fun. Drake was our guide and was awesome with us. Highly recommend going at sunset absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to go back again!!
It was an awesome experience. Open water jet ski has.its own thrill. The entire experience was great and Matt & Sara who took us out were a lot of fun. We are definitely coming back !!
Had a great experience jet skiing cape cod bay! The staff is friendly and helpful. Our guide/instructor /photographer Tanner was great. He made sure we were safe and had a fun time.
Booked a parasail for my parents. It is a bit on the expensive side. Their office is some way away from the water front. It's a short drive in shuttles that carry customers to the water front for launch. There's also a small pub near the waterfront for some refreshments. All in all a good experience.
This place is so much fun and in a cute little area! I just want to thank all of the staff they were extremely nice to us from the time we got there until the time we left. Jack was our tour guide and he was great. It was my first time on a jet ski and let me tell you it was an adventure!!!! I would definitely recommend! I was a little nervous reading some of the bad reviews before going but just follow their rules, be on time, and expect to spend some money that they definitely deserve and you will have an unforgettable experience! We will definitely be back for another fun time.
Definitely not my first recommendation for jet skiing , 1- highly overpriced seems like they just keep adding on fees every year
2- if your paying 275+$ a hr at least fill up the gas on the jet ski so I don t have to be worried when it s beeping on low gas half way threw the ride

Great experience, great crew, however the photos came out a little wonky due to smudges on the lens and not great quality but with all things considered it was a great trip. Highly recommend.
Great time from a great outfit, definitely recommended. HOWEVER, if you order the picture package, do not leave the store until they show you the pictures were successfully copied from the camera flash card to the DVD they give you, otherwise you will find yourself very unhappy when you get home and realize not a single picture was copied (unfortunately the Manager claimed the flash card is automatically deleted after they create the DVD copy...)
Had a really good time!!! First time going on a jetski and the instructors went over all the safety concerns and explained how to run the jetski properly. Sara took us out and explained everything to make it an enjoyable time. Would definetely do it again.

On the island looking for a place to rent jet skis from and after reading the owners disgusting responses to poor reviews sets the tone of the customer service they would offer me if something went wrong. This company does not deserve anyone s business.
Just finished parasailing and jet skiing while visiting Cape Cod. Had a great time. Two of the guys are veterans so as a former veteran we swapped stories. Everything was light hearted and fun and they put my daughter at ease for her first time parasailing. Thanks Dean and DJ!
Great experience overall. Super expensive. Not allowed to bring phone/camera on boat. Instead you're offered the option of buying a package for $45. The photos were blurry and def not worth the money. Either way, I'll have my own memory of the experience with my daughter forever. The captain has the best since of humor and very experienced in sailing from what I observed.
Just went here with my grandmother anf family. Amazing place! Mike is a great captain who has a great sense of humor! Mandy was pretty great even though I didnt get to see her fall in haha deffinately a great experience!
Best activity in Cape Cod! Scenic view from the sky and ocean of Cape Cod Bay. Fun for all ages and all walks of life. World experienced captain and crew. I would recommend this company to everyone. Don't let your Summer go by without checking them out.

We went to Dennis to do parasail and the experience was great! The staff is so kind and they explain everything no you, nothing to worry about, parasailing is amazing, nothing dangerous, plus the weather was amazing that day! Thank you guys!
