One of my favorite venues for a concern on the Cape, there is literally no bad seat anywhere in the house. Acoustics as well as sight-lines are excellent. Plenty of bathrooms and decent-enough concessions. Be aware that however easy it was to get in and park, it will be a million times harder when the concert is over and everyone leaves at the same time through a very limited number of vehicle exits. Allow yourself plenty of extra time.

Small venue with a big top feel. The stage is round and spins to provide every audience member a clear view of performance. A gem for the outer cape where eagle eyed folks can snag great tickets to amazing performers on the cheap.

Love love love this venue! I'm not from the area but it's well worth the drive. There isn't a bad seat in the house and I love how the stage rotates slowly. Very clean, cute area outside the tent with lots of food/drink vendors and large bathrooms. While parking is free and on site, get ready for a mess trying to leave the parking lot at the end of the night - it was a cluster of angry drivers inches away from each other with nobody directing traffic until you pull out into the road. A small inconvenience to pay for a great venue, but something that could be easily improved with some staff direction.

Air didn't move, not an incredibly hot night, but with enough people it got uncomfortable. 2. FREAKIN parking...free, but sardine like. If you aren't first or last, you're basically trapped. No lanes between rows. Was more like a game of checkers...if that car moves, and then that one, maybe I can get at least closer to a way out. God forbid you need to leave early--get an emergency call maybe? 3. Weird dude hanging out in men's room pointing to obviously open doors into stalls. Maybe if there needed TP replaced? I'm not sure he actually moved all night. Sat in chair collecting tips. Yes I've been to European and Latin American countries, and I've noticed some airports have custodial guys w tip jars. But they're usually up doing...things. And did I mention parking?

I enjoyed this concert place for as long as I can remember. Lots of great acts, and great variety of shows. There are a few things that bugged me, like when other people stand up through the entire show, but overall a great place.

Holy smokes, this place is great! The energy of the crowd and the general atmosphere is just fantastic!
This is the second time I've played both the CCMT and the Music Circus in Cohasset, and I love coming up here each time!

I would give this venue 5 stars based on the proximity to the stage alone. But my story from this last week-end leaves me wanting to give them 6 stars! We flew into town to see Jim Gaffigan on Sun night with airline tix to leave the next morning. To our horror, we discovered at the gate for the show that we had bought tickets for Monday's show. The show was completely sold out and we were hosed. I asked for the manager (Keith) and told him my sob story. He didn't hesitate to get us in and set up special seats for us in the back. This was my 50th B-day trip and he absolutely bailed us out. We are so grateful and would love to attend any event at this venue in the future.

Fifty years on the Cape, and it took going to what was probably my fortieth show at the Melody Tent to have a horrible experience. I took my wife and daughter to see Darcie Lynne after purchasing tickets five months in advance. We were seven rows back, but at the side of the stage with a pole obscuring our view for the entire show. We couldn t even see the large screen they used. We had to crane our necks to watch the entire show on a small screen projected on the ceiling at the back of the tent. Apparently $150 and a lifetime of visits doesn t even warrant a return phone call or email regarding the experience (the reason for my negative review after so many years). Buyer beware, best available tickets purchased well in advance means nothing.

After two concerts here, the acoustics is pretty poor. The sound was loud but muffled at both shows. The rotating stage ensures everyone faces the front of the stage half the time. The other half you're behind the stage.

Double sold our seats then pulled us outside to give seats to the group that showed up 20 minutes after show started. I'll give a 3 star review because they put us in better seats after I voiced my frustrations with the way things were handled

The melody tent is a sneaky great venue. It's small so every seat is close and although you won't find a band in their prime many great shows do come through. Every year they have many top performers, who themselves come to Cape Cod for a vacation.

This is fairly intimate venue. Not a bad seat as the stage rotates. I've been coming here for over 30 years and have seen my share of musical acts and comedians. I gave them 4 stars because the tickets prices are a bit high and it's a literal tent that can be very uncomfortable on a hot night. I would have thought after all these years that they would be able to figure out some way to cool down the space. With all that said they have some great talent booked every summer.

We enjoyed the show. The only downside was the sound system. While Eddie Money and his band we're performing the sound was good, but when Eddie was talking the audience we had difficulty making out what he was saying. Same way with the comedian before. We had a difficult time understanding him.

First time there for KC and the Sunshine Band. It was an extremely hot night, I just wish they would've opened up the flaps and let the breeze in. KC and the Sunshine Band put on an excellent show considering the heat. That's the way we like it uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh!
