My cabinets are only 3yrs old and the paint is chipping off several pieces. I paid $30,00.00 (just for the cabinets alone) for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. In February 2021, two cabinets were found to have termites, so we had to have my house tented. Our old cabinets were over 25yrs old and never had termite droppings.
While the cabinets were being installed so many pieces had to be replaced due to warped boards, wrong size draws, swollen and split wood for the shelves and end pieces. Terrible quality control.

The marketing manager stepped in and gave me a tour of the options and walked me through the final selection of colors and profiles! The showroom is an awesome experience to see the capabilities of the Canyon Creek brand in full function kitchens and closets.
We love our new cabinets. They are exactly what we expected, well made and priced competitively. The whole process from ordering to installation went very easily. There was one problem with the glass doors but we resolved that issue. I would definitely recommend this company.
Purchased a new home that had canyon creek cabinets installed by the builder. After a year the the paint started coming off. I sent photos for their review and they said it was water damage and refused to do anything. The paint is coming off in places without any water contact. They offered to repaint at our cost. They had the same response with neighboring property owners with the same problems. They will not stand behind their product. Look elsewhere.
We chose Canyon because of their business practice and the quality of our cabinets. Touring their site in Monroe, we were convinced we were in the right place: they re really serious about an environmentally friendly approach to wood products. Our shaker style maple cabinets are gorgeous. Their local rep guys came in to assure the measurements were exact and we couldn t be more pleased with this new showcase in our home.

Bought Cabinets From C..C Representative On Kauai. After paying for cabinet in full it took over 6 months to get my cabinets. Cabinets that s were missing were being built up by Rep at her home . Fasteners were incorrect , and no dove tail connecting the wood together. When contacting the company I was told that I could only talk to my Rep on Kauai. Had to repair cabinets myself and take Rep to court. Three months ago I got termites in the cabinet that I had the most issues with from the Rep. It was only the one cabinet , but I had to get my house tented. Cheaper than pulling all the granite off being it was a bottom cabinet. Never will I use this company again. They don t stand behind their cabinets. I paid a lot of money for them, and I m still not happy. These Cabinets were clearly purchased from Canyon Creek thru your representative on Kauai. I have all the paperwork, and can send you all the pictures to verify. If you saw the pictures , and listened to me when I called ; you will see that your representative was being dishonest. The first shipment of my order ; all the cabinets were shipped fully assembled . The last shipment was a disaster after your Rep was trying to make cabinets out of scrap cabinets she had thru several customers order including myself. I should have taken your Company to court as well for allowing this to happen. I know there are several of us on this island that would had the same service , and would have joined me in a lawsuit......
I was a dealer for this cabinet company. I have been to a training class when I first started working with the approx 4 years ago. I installed 3 displays in my showroom and bought a sales center as well. Most of the employees are very nice. They have new upper level sales management every year or so. They will come by now and then to get to know us. They always ask why I do more sales with 2 other factories that I have. The answer is always the same they make the order process to difficult making it very easy to have your order wrong. The most recent sales person came by the 2nd half of last year. We had the same basic conversation which was more short he did not want to hear what I needed to do more sales with them. He asked me if I wanted the account closed and I said no. I do closets with them the most and would continue to do so. I have submitted the same order with them 3 times in the last 3 weeks and calling to follow up asking why I am not getting it back to confirm it and have it built. I called while I was with the customer when they were ready to order it to confirm the account status before making my sale. I was told all is well. I then have had to resubmit it twice when customer service says they do not see the typical record of receiving it and am asked to send it again. Now today a nice person in customer service was persistent after getting my email again to go to order entry to find out why it is lost multiple times. She finally emails back the account is closed and call my rep. My customer has been waiting for my items and they have refused my order by account closure 3 times and never bothered to even tell me. The sales rep has never told me he did that. This company is beyond horrible to have a requested order a home owner is ultimately depending on to refuse and never notify. I would not recommend them to anyone when they treat their customer like that. I have never owed them money by paying my bills late or done anything else to be a bad dealer to them. I called the sales rep asking to give the order to another dealer and have not even gotten a response.
DO NOT work for this company. This company has zero moral compass. If you are looking for a job, do not let the pay entice you. Unless you are beyond desperate, this is not the company for you. Due to a Covid forced time off (per their company policy) I was let go so they didn t have to pay me for time off. Which again is their company s policy.
I ve been advised by legal counsel to take legal action for wrongful termination and I m assured we have the strongest case for a win. I m contemplating the headache of all of this on top of mourning the loss of a loved one from covid. Please don t work here unless you or your family are starving. They do not care about employees and they will lie, manipulate and deceive you to get the outcome they desire. There are honest, good people working there but their top HR and higher leadership are an immoral bunch of drones.
So driving down the freeway on Highway 82 towards Yakima and one of their delivery trucks decides he s just gonna move over in front of me going 25 miles an hour under the speed limit and force me off the road with his truck and trailer when there is no room for him to move over and he didn t care anyways just swung his trailer in front of my SUV making me slam the brakes on from 70 down to 45. Then when I call the office to speak to someone I am transferred to someone with a full mailbox. Never use this company they don t care about anyone but themselves. Learn to drive there was no one behind me wait for me to go by don t just move over anyways lucky for you I pay attention when driving and have a new vehicle with excellent brakes and handling or I would have be smashed into your trailer you swung into me.
