Absolutely appalling. You call and go through all the options just to be told that all lines are busy and to call back later! All I'm trying to do is get them to stop sending mail to an address of someone who hasn't lived here for over 2 years. Wouldn't even give it one star. Useless.

A truly appalling and unacceptable level of service. Ironic for a place designed to uphold the highest standards. My case has been ignored for months and, even when calls are answered, nobody seems to have a clue what the situation is. Absolutely dreadful and I am hesitant to award a single star.
Just can't get through on the phone. No answer phone to leave a message. A Very surly sounding individual answered after prolonged ringing. Do you really want to be involved with The Law Courts at Canterbury? I think not!
this is how quite should court process claimant application warrant of control absolutely stunning I am delighted If I could give them 100 stars I would
Awful place if you are disabled like me. I found out afterwards that I had been in a Magistrate s Court but at the time it seemed to be a peculiar bank or building society! Someone asked about charges, presumably bank charges and there were three cashiers or so it seemed. There was a heraldic crest which was only partly visible but no other identification (I am not an expert on heraldry). You couldn t hear what people said but one man was saying something in LATIN!!! The Romans left the UK in AD100 more than 1,900 years ago! LATIN really!! I studied French and German at school but not Latin. In my view, taxpayers should complain.
The opening hours may be 08.00 to 18.00 but the telephone is not answered until after 09.00. When I called after 09.00 the phone rang (after selecting option '2' to speak to someone) for exactly 10 minutes and then automatically disconnected.
