It is hard to believe that this is an international corporation, because in Poland they act as 'Janissaries of the Germans'. Maybe they still see stores and resellers who have to sell their products but the end customer have somewhere.
Nothing works there - scandalous customer service, which sends one answer over and over again and does not even consult, does not look for an answer inside the company.
Cashback promotions are fiction - they do not refund money, they have promotion rules but attachments to these regulations with products (which change during the promotion) are no longer (they probably add them to the website and not according to standards and transparency for the customer ).
They intensely advertise products that can not be bought in Poland (they appear many months after the promotional campaign and other countries), and when they finally appear, there are no accessories. Comedy, not distribution!
We bought a camera (expensive and 'specialized') and we got to know the Canon standards - "catch, buy and oiling customer". No more with Canon!

I think Canon has very high prices and unnecessarily neglected the mirrorless segment.
Unfortunately, I must say that one of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I bought a UV printing machine from Canon and it was twice as expensive as the competition. Although I want to use original inks that are twice as expensive as replacements - Canon is no longer necessarily interested in cooperation and resembles it at every turn. Cartridges that I order are always always sent despite my efforts with a period of 2 months (attention should be 12 months) - and after expiry they are discarded. I had this situation at the beginning of cooperation - Canon recognized the complaint (I put the ink in the machine, I used some 100ML checked in the machine - unfortunately, after sending back, Canon stated that we used not 100ml but two liters because the rest is in the machine in cables, etc. - and I ask why Canon error I have to cover these costs. Ink costs 150 Euro - 1 liter

This is a parody of a serious company. It is not possible to settle a simple complaint case. Customer disposal and no email response. I handle complaints over 3 weeks!
I bought a camera abroad, after returning to Poland I noticed a defect, I returned for a complaint and the camera was repaired. Pretty nice
