Unfortunately, I must say that one of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I bought a UV printing machine from Canon and it was twice as expensive as the competition. Although I want to use original inks that are twice as expensive as replacements - Canon is no longer necessarily interested in cooperation and resembles it at every turn. Cartridges that I order are always always sent despite my efforts with a period of 2 months (attention should be 12 months) - and after expiry they are discarded. I had this situation at the beginning of cooperation - Canon recognized the complaint (I put the ink in the machine, I used some 100ML checked in the machine - unfortunately, after sending back, Canon stated that we used not 100ml but two liters because the rest is in the machine in cables, etc. - and I ask why Canon error I have to cover these costs. Ink costs 150 Euro - 1 liter
