To say working with Canon has been an upsetting experience would be an understatement. To have to jump through hoops for YEARS to get a unit back to you for your company to "lose" it and put it on us is outrageous. FedEx had confirmed delivery and signature, but that wasn't good enough. We needed something that FedEx could not provide, interesting right? My old office manager had to call me after 2 years out of desperation and begged for my help. I ended up calling Ross Intl where she sent the unit and after providing the model and serial #'s (from the invoice) he found the unit WITHIN AN HOUR! How is it possible this was NEVER done by Canon to see if the unit was in fact lost? I was so appalled. The gross negligence of the "account manager" and Canon overall is enough to never have me work with this company again. And the best part? Our acct manager comes back and says she realized the model # on our lease agreement was wrong this entire time. Wow. What a joke. Do your due diligence Canon. It's clearly not that hard.
