I took my small children here for right before summer break, so the place was empty. The kids had a blast and the staff was very polite and friendly with the kids. Even with barely anyone in the park, the food lines were still super long and slow. Just to get a water. I suggest getting vending with card payment and itll probably help things go smoother.

This is a family owned amusement park that you will love and enjoy. Has all the good ole fashion fun you remember as as kid taking weekends trips to the park! I would rather go her instead of the big named theme parks. Screamfest was a blast!
Rides are great although lines can be long. Staff are friendly. Food is overpriced but what you'd expect from a theme park. Great experience altogether.
I love, love, love this place. We go from when it opens until it closes. They have handicap scooters available with anyone with disabilities for an extra cost but definitely worth it. We always have an amazing time. Definitely go a few times during the summer.
It was my first time going for both myself and my kids. We were greeted by friendly staff members. The park was clean and there was many staff around to help guests. My son got on the Zero Gravity ride. He got sick and threw up. I must say it was bad but Chad from concessions and Lisa were awesome. They got my son a Gatorade and let him know it was okay (happens all the time). They really made our experience a pleasant one. We definitely will come again.
This place was a big part of my childhood and I'm happy to be able to bring my kids there! They've really kept up with it and have added an awesome new water park that has a tiki bar too. Canobie, you have awesome bartenders working there that were able to make me some great drinks around noon yesterday 6/27 and I noticed there was no way to leave tip by card... luckily I had cash, but these poor bartenders probably get stiffed out of their tip almost always because not many people carry cash around a water park. You dont want to lose them because they are not getting tips, you should really consider a tip option via pos or receipt. That's my only complaint though, love this place!!
Good park with a mix of kiddie rides and rides for older kids or adults. A fair number of love shows too. It's no Disneyland, it's not even quite up to a six flags, but it's a fun way to spend the day with your kids.
Been coming here for years! I came with my wife and kids this past Saturday and had a blast. We came with a company outing which included a bbq with our ticket. We got there at about 12pm and the parking was getting full. Although we parked farther away from the entrance, we did park in the shade. We had tickets already so we didn't have to make a line. They checked our bags and we went in. This park is mostly a family park. It has rides for all ages. The lines were short on most rides except the wood rollercoaster, the corkscrew rollercoaster, go carts, haunted house, and the Boston tea party. My kids loved the carousel, tea cups, swinging chairs, mini go carts, and all the kiddie rides near the stage. The food is a little expensive so we brought a cooler with drinks and snacks. We were able to leave the park and come back with a stamped hand. I was able to bring in a bottle of water which saved me about $3. I highly recommend this theme park if you have small children as they will have the most fun.
It's the most fun to go in the summer when the water rides are open but their Halloween haunted houses are also amazing. Prices are a little high for the place to be accessible for a lot of people and I wish they would ether lower the rates for admission or for food. Maybe run half price specials once in a while. Aside from that the place is fantastic. The employees are all great and I've never had a problem in the three times I've come here with my daughter. The park is beautifully laid out with big trees scattered throughout and grassy areas and plenty of places to relax and sit down while the kids ride. Things are kept clean (including the bathrooms which have always been eerily clean whenever I walked in) I would go. It's worth the trip.
Went for screamfest. Was our first time ever going to Canobie Lake Park and let me say, we have been missing out. WE HAD A BLAST! Lines were a bit long but only due to the large amount of people. Food prices were as expected for an amusement park. The performers the night we went put on an incredible show. I was overly appreciative of the fact they had semi healthy food and not just your typical amusement park junk food as well. My kids have decided they want to spend every birthday for the foreseeable future here!!
Nostalgic amuesment park with alot of classic rides. Park cleanliness seems to have suffered over the past few years along with the lack of additional rides due to space constraits.
Our young three children had a great time. There's a lot to do here for young families, unlike other places. Surely there's stuff to do here for all ages, but the young ones aren't excluded here!
Every thing is so expensive i brought my grandkids im 68 my wife is 69 they charged us full price and we dont even go on rides the day was for the kids.not counting on the over priced food 3 chicken fingers and fries under cooked for 12.99 times 3 games kids dont win .they should not charge older people that dont ride anything kids had fun but we wont be back at those prices
My experience was awful. I am a nursing mom and went there with my 5 month old, 7 year old and my mom. I thought at first how wonderful they have a nursing station. I used it. In the meantime another mother was ranting and raving that I was in it without using a key. I had ni idea what she was talking about until I came out and two employees were waiting for me. The girl had such an attitude and told me I needed a key to use it. I tried to explain to her that it was unlocked and she told me it didnt matter there was signs posted. I brought my compliant to guest services who refunded me and my party but also had to escort us our like a criminal.
The day we were there the lines were very long because of the holiday. well I can't blame him for the lines, there are several things they could do at many of the rides the move people through faster. Generally the process of getting people on and off the rides could be much more optimized.
Everything, include entrance, is way too overpriced. There are fun rides though, and I love all the flowers. I wish they told you before you went in the park what rides are not operating. Having 3 closed attractions (ones I love!) makes me want to wait for a day they aren't all closed.
Social distancing in half the park is a joke. They are making efforts but seriously long lines for food and rides huddled together. Lines take forever. None of rides are wiped down between riders. Feels like impending covid cases
So many fun and scary rides to choose from! What's not to like? They've got kiddie rides and rides for your edgy teenagers who aren't scared of any thing. If you like roller coasters or lots of g-force this place is for you!
This was as much fun as Disney Land, but with 1, 100th the price, and less than an hour away. The fun, rides, shows, etc., we're fantastic! One of the best surprises I have had in years. Totally FIVE STARS!
Excellent old fashioned park in a rural setting despite being so close to the cities. They have a good selection of flat rides, a solid modern steel coaster in Untamed with a vertical drop, and a classic wooden coaster in Yankee Cannonball. Operations are very good, and this park has a relaxed family atmosphere. A true signature attraction in a modern 80 to 85 foot wooden coaster or steel airtime machine like a Chance Hyper Gtx is all that is keeping this park from beign the Knoebels of the Northeast.
It's fun for the first couple of visits. Sooner or later, you realize how repetitive the place is and the appeal disappears.
Recently, I visited and one of the staff made fun of me for using a Samsung phone instead of an iPhone. I have my rights to choose whatever phone I want.
Convenient and great place for family. About 30 min drive from Boston, MA. Right off I-93 at Exit 2. Lots of fun rides and events. Long hours during summer. Highly recommended.
