Very large place. Plenty of seating. Moderately priced. Food was ok plenty of beer choices. Although they don't actually brew beer there. They don't even have their own label micro brew so not sure why they call themselves a brewery.
Bathrooms were very dirty and smelly kind of makes you think how clean is other parts of the restaurant.
Wait staff is very friendly.

The hostess was more concerned with flirting with a server to greet us. Once she finally acknowledged us, she sat us in the dining room. We waited at least ten minutes with multiple servers walking by us without a single person greeting us. We finally got up and walked out.

The pretzel was amazballs! The 70 beers on tap...seriously, they have 70 beers on tap! Do I need to say more? Ok, the service was arguably the best in the area, and the bartender was "on point" with his beer reccomendations.

For a brewery that doesn t actually brew their own beer I would at least expect them to have some beer on tap. Of their approximately 60 taps, they only have 4 beers available...the rest are out due to tap line maintenance . Food was ok. Wouldn t visit again.

I always love this place when I do business here. The fish and chips are amazing and the beer is always good with cool names and what's on tap. It was featured on diners drive in and dives. Follow them on CRBC831 to get photos of food to see all there tasty stuff. I always order the pretzel and fish and chips. Because it's so TASTY...

This place is the worst. VALENTINO VILLALOBOS has no respect for customers. We had a big group and he refused to split the check. He told us he could only split two credit cards. what a joke. He told us its our problem. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. there are so many other places better than this.

My only complaint is that they don t brew their own beer! But the beer selection is extensive nonetheless. The bacon cheddar biscuits, fries, fish and chips, and bleu cheese burger are highly recommended.

We are locals and I must say they have the best clam chowder anywhere in Monterey. That's saying a lot since every restaurant pushes the chowder. The beer selection is also incredible. Don't order anything off the food menu though...as freaking amazing as the chowder is, the rest of the menu is not that good.

This place is part of our standard date night. Wine tasting at 'A Taste of Monterey', beer and chowder at 'Monterey Row Brewing Company', then lobster nachos at 'Lalla'.

Great place for a large variety of a beer selection, friendly and pleasant employees. I didn't eat there, I was too busy trying all of the beers on tap, during the three days I visited the establishment.

Was expecting a brew company but they don't brew, and couldn't fill my growler because they didn't have that kind of license. Also thought prices were a touch high. Lots of drink options though.

Food overpriced and not very good. Alcohol is a little expensive, expected for a bar like this I guess though. Also they told us we couldn't split the check more than 3 ways. Service was mediocre. It seems like more of a tourist trap than anything, like most places in this city.

Came here on the recommendation of a volunteer at the aquarium. I asked if anywhere nearby had a nice tap list.

I didn't get a chance to drink anything here. The ladies working the check in area told us we couldn't sit outside because we had a baby with us, and the people working in the section they directed us to told us we couldn't sit there either as soon as we sat down and unpacked. We can take a hint, so we left.

Saw this place on an episode of diner, dives, and drives. So we checked it out. Food was okay. A tad bit pricey for what you get, but then again we were at cannery row/tourist area. Ahi poke was great, panko crusted sand dabs was really good, shortrib grilled cheese was okay, mahi tacos good but pricey for just 3 small tacos and came with no sides. Monkey bread donuts were tasty.

You would think a brew house would have their own beer...well they don't. Nothing out of the ordinary. 4 kegs were tapped out at the time we were there. They had one football game on but with no sound at all. The prices were a little high for the taste. We were better off going to get take out and a good 12 pack and head back to the hotel.

Large beer selection but no option for flights. Would have loved to try five or six beers in a flight before making a selection for a pint. Tremendous service though. Only had beer; did not try the food.

Last weekend we celebrated my husband's birthday in Monterey. We basically ate and drank our way through town. Lol. Every place we stopped had good food and drinks along with CRBC but what set this place apart was the staff. Jeremy was so down to earth and cool that he made us feel like we were lifelong friends. I am a fan of scotch and whiskeys and always looking for something new to try so Jeremy took the time to seek out different brands I hadn't tried yet. That was Saturday, well when Sunday came around we found ourselves back here. This time we met August and Mark, two equally accommodating and down to earth guys behind the bar. Again we felt like we had known them for years. We didn't try and plates but are definitely going back to do so the next time we are in town.

Typical tourist fair. A decent place for a burger and a beer. Not a bad experience, just not memorable. When you go to the tourist zones, it tends to be harder to find a real stand out though.

Now if you're a Brewery goer this is a must. The beers are excellent and the meals are second to none in their class. If you never been in you should at least try it once. Believe me you will return. Meals are excellent and moderately priced for the market. The staff is second to none as well. As for the cocktails you name it you got it.

A godless place with no beer under 7 dollars. They do not brew anything. For tourists, skip it if you can. If it's your only option, they have a decent selection of mostly megacraft breweries. I didn't try the food, but the menu was pretty insipid.

My friend took us here, even though he knew it had low ratings.
Ordered chicken meal for my kids and with seconds it was there at the table, meaning it wasn't cooked.
We ordered a beer cheddar soup with sausage and the soup was melted cheese with some seasoning, not a lot, cause we had to use a lot of salt and pepper and my guess is that they ran out of sausage, cause there was none to be found.
My wife ordered a burger, that tasted awful and I ordered a chicken that visually looked alright, but was not good, spent the rest of the afternoon hoping that I can make it to the house.
Ohh, and this spot has Guy Fiori' s stamp, you would think that a famous TV personality had good taste buds, but in my opinion, if I see his stamp on the wall, it must not be good.

Was there a few years ago and I can remember a restaurant from that long ago, then it must be good. Great ambience, nice staff, excellent service, and delicious food even it's really a tap house.

It's not really a brewery; they don't brew any beer on site or even contract from someone else. That said, they have great selection of over 40 taps of craft beer available. The food was excellent too. Reasonable prices for downtown Monterey too.
