I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this. For starters probably the best experience of my life! I had a wonderful guide Shy who was helpful and accommodating and an overall amazing guide. The tour was amazing and my group ranged from age 13-52, and had multiple weight differences. But all in all everyone enjoyed it! I can't wait to come back, this place is totally a hidden gem!

Awesome tour for those that want something more adventurous. Had so much fun and our guide was very professional yet kept it fun. He tailored the tour just right for us and gave everyone a chance to try some tight squeezes and different paths, if we thought we couldn't do the particular path then he immediately showed us a different one that was more open. You will be tired by the end so make sure you are rested up and fairly fit before you go. Don't worry about your clothes getting dirty, they provide you with coveralls, gloves and helmets. I Highly recommend!

When you see the ratings believe them. My friend and I had an amazing experience exploring the caves. It was scary at first, coz it was our first time in a cave but the tour guide Will was beyond fantastic. He showed us some incredible cave treasures, tried out some tight squeezes, and over all showed us a good time. Will you are awesome the company is lucky to have you as part of their team. We had an excellent time at the rats nest cave, our group was small because we went on a Tuesday so we got to do everything that that part of the cave offers as part of our tour. Our guide, Will, was very helpful and enthusiastic and was definitely pivotal in making our experience as enjoyable as it was. Will was funny, relatable and very good at educating on safety and caving related trivia. I would recommend this cave tour (explorer tour) as a great introduction to caving for anyone who has never tried caving before and is hoping for an immersive experience with a safe environment to attempt squeezes and overcome any fears of tight spaces.

Will was wonderful. He kept us safe and also gave me kids the space to have fun. They have been asking to go back .

We had booked the 4.5 hr tour for our first caving experience and Canmore Cave Tours didn't disappoint. As a matter of fact, it turned out to be the highlight of our 5 day vacation. Right from the time we called to book the tour, we felt comfortable and received spectacular customer service. Our guide for the Thursday morning tour was Hyun Ho (I hope I spelled this right) and we couldn't have asked for a better person. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour very interactive and enjoyable starting right from the trail head all the way to the cave and back to the parking lot. He made us all feel very comfortable and was very accommodating and helpful during the more challenging parts of the tour. The equipment supplied was top notch, even during these crazy Covid times. I can't recommend this tour enough and would do it again in a heart beat. It is definitely physically challenging, even a bit intimidating in some parts but the experience will stick with you forever. Our whole family had so much fun, we learned a lot of cool information and we took back a ton of wonderful memories.

Absolutely amazing experience. I had done one cave tour before in BC and so I thought I knew what to expect but this blew my mind. Our tour guide John was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and very compassionate when he could sense I was having any panic or fear. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Our guide was so passionate that he transmitted his passion to us while in the tour. This is not a walk in the park, you will climb, crawl, bend, twist, drop, be afraid, laugh and enjoy ! If you are a first timer, no worry. No prior experience is needed, the guide will help you with everything and make sure we are safe at all time. The longer trip is sooo worth it. It allows us to really dive deep in the cave without any rush. I recommend. Thank you max for everything, keep what you are doing because you are amazing at it.
