I joined this company for one year and loving it! The most fun job I've ever worked. A chance to meet very exciting people and learned so much about sales and marketing. The growth is unlimited and knowledge is free. It's really up to you to grab this opportunity and grow with it.

If you are looking for a 9-5, and make $14 an hour this is not for you. Jason Pietramala has mentored and coached me for the past year and I completed the management training program working here. Currently I manage operations in Calgary and am making more money than anyone my age makes. CanAm has provided me and my family with a life changing opportunity. If you have ambition and are willing to put in time into it, there is no opportunity like this.

I am so happy that I found CanAm RS West (Calgary) they are an amazing company to work. They help me stay in the work place and yet still have time to be with my family, They give you as much as you put in and are always willing to work with you in whatever is going on in your life or work place, it is like a 2nd family here in Calgary and everyone works together to get the job done. Overall the company is an amazing place to work that looks after their employees.

It was a shady place, unprofessional. The person interview me was on the phone during middle of our interview process. The moment you walk in, you will see people that have headphones on(reception), and the person that interview didnt even know how to dress properly with their suit. It was a complete waste of time. I was interview for Account manager role. I stop the person that interview me for the first 10min, and I thank him then i walk out.

Dont get me wrong, it will be a decent place to start if you need it sales experience for $11.60/hour.

Good group of people to work with who are very supportive. It is a company where you get the chance to experience many aspects that come with running a business which is an added bonus.

My names Montana I have been in the Calgary location for 10 months now and this opportunity has been completely life changing. I'm 19 years old and in that time I have had the most fun of my life, the company took me on an all expenses paid trip to the Dominican Republic , and it's so much more than a corporate job it's like a big family . The management training program is not designed for anyone who is lazy, you need to be motivated to better your life and if you are this is the perfect place To do it.

Do not waste your time going for interview with this company.

I have worked for CanAm for 2 and a half years. I love my job, I love all the people who work here and I love the atmosphere. It is a very upbeat environment and everyone is so friendly and nice. It was the best decision I ever made

I have been working with this company for over a year, This is a great opportunity for growth and success. Can Am has a great team work and a very friendly atmosphere.

I applied for one their marketing positions. Few days after I got an Interview with them. However, I was offered a job from another organization and I informed them over the phone. Before I could apologize, soon as they heard my reason they hung up their phone. It is the rudest company I applied to in my life. If their HR Team is this rude to a person apply for a job, I Cannot imagine the treatment to their employees. I think it is waste time for a person to apply to the organization this rude.

I worked in this company for 4 months. From the outset, they pretend it is a "Management Training Program" What the actual job is a face to face sales job in Canadian Tire or Costco all over the city. They do not compensate gas and often require you to travel 1+ hours away which is also not paid for. They pretend their clients are fortune 500 companies but are all cheap products made in china. You will be stuck working 40-80 hrs a week from tuesday-Sunday with no weekends off.

Their commission rates are between 2-5% and the owner of the company Jason is a complete scam artist. He will do everything in his power to not pay you!!!!!

terrible, non-professional company. They "demand" that you act and work professional, however they have zero professionalism whatsoever. They act as if this company is the best company ever, which is totally opposite in reality. Please refrain from working here, they do not care about you, they care about the money. Their business venture is garbage and the only people saying it is a "good" company are the managers themselves trying to qualify themselves, when in actuality, they are a sub par company. PLEASE do not work here people, it was a complete waste of time.

Literally worst company in the world to work for... they advertise "marketing representation" and the job is so far from that. I worked here for a month. It's all sales, they just care about money. They will send you an hour away from the office, possibly to CostCo or Canadian Tire and they won't pay for your car expenses. They will give you a hard time if you're not selling high figures. They are all completely blinded with this program they run, to "promote" people into higher positions. They have all bought into the program and I really hope people that walk in their doors for an interview understand how pathetic the program is, and how it's all a "trick" to keep you in the company. The owner of this location, Jason, drives a BMW and thinks he runs an amazing company. Your company is so far from that my friend. I completely wasted my time here. They paid me a lot less than they should have.. don't waste your time or effort. DO NOT WORK HERE!

The opportunity within the organization is outstanding. The development that I have seen within both my composure and mentality is priceless. I have learnt to compose and structure my daily routine and mentality to that of a business owner and have learnt that there is much more to running your company than what is perceived from the outside. I have learnt how to run a structured team and how to do so while also running the entire back end of a company. I can't thank the company enough for the help and structure they have given to me.

Nice company. Nice Global professionals. Need upgrades. Need better resources to put up decent roadshows.

The support teams were not the most well trained professionals . I had gone to meet the inclusive, diverse staff of this startup. The folks at Canadian Tires were r foreign language folks - not having much knowledge about putting up a decent roadshow.

1. No document use. 2. No calculation skills. 3. No written memos that they had to showcase. Maybe they re not trained and have low level of education & presentation.

However hopefully they can get better with time. Reviewed them on Glassdoor. Please get back when you have 5 Star Rating. Thank You. Good luck.

I will not recommend anyone to be part of this company, I worked for 1month and when I went to get my pay they just gave half the amount and the receptionist she just throwed the cheque on the table, don't have courtesy to give it by hand. one of the worst receptionist I ever met. It's been 4months Whenever I ask for my balance payment no one cares.
