Well-known water tank, built a century ago, converted into an exhibition hall in the Community of Madrid, more than two decades ago, it is worth seeing and climbing its dome, more for its historical and architectural value, than for certain temporary exhibitions, although this is always subjective.

The information service is insane. Non-existent at the time of knowing the status of a breakdown and the restoration of the service as well as the assistance to the neighbors who suffer the cut. The Channel ignores us users. Demented management of problems at the information and warning levels and at the level of assistance to those affected.
The building itself very beautiful (work of Antonio Lopera and Javier Alau), the exhibition I visited was very interesting and very well distributed, visually perfect.
I have been waiting 7 months for me to be supplied with water for the construction of my future house, with their respective losses of money due to the delay; and above you call them and each one tells you something. Canal de Isabel II = DISASTER
I have already made a complaint .. I will not stop
A very interesting exhibition. See how we change to the rhythm of the city. Exhibited in a building with a lot of history and original architecture. Look at the pulley
I imagine that each one will have a different experience, but mine could not have been better, highlighting the attention on the part, both of customer service, when I called, as that of the commercial management department, highlighting Victoria's excellent attention that both his information about the procedures he had to perform and his explanations helped a lot to keep him from panicking. Thanks a million for people like Victoria, who make you feel that you are not a number, but a person. I wish there were in all administrations, agencies and public companies, more people like Victoria, so professional and friendly. I also highlight Juani, from the collection department, with his kindness and good work, who helped me a lot too. In general, all were very accessible, and friendly, and professional, giving solution to a problem that worried me a lot, and it could be solved.
At this time I am in the park and all the services are closed, we have no place to do it, but they can answer me because they cannot be opened. So rascal
Dangerous. It is painful that the section of water conduction, {in the form of arches that passes through the Rodriguez Sahagun park in Tetuan, Madrid] is several meters high, without fencing, narrow and without railings. Where children, teenagers, running, scooters, even with a bicycle, enter. With a good free fall on both sides. Any day a misfortune will happen, someone falls down and of course, dies. The safety improvements that are the responsibility of the council, such as putting railings next to a 30cm deep pond, collide with the danger of the canal a few meters away. The channel is absolutely responsible.
Superb exhibition hall. He was a difficult photographer, like his curator, Tabernero, with a difficult and cutting treatment (guided tour). He must have had a bad day. The facilities are first class, very curious. A sensational and original use of space. For that alone, it is already worth visiting.
You call for incidents and they do not solve anything you just wash your hands and do not help the client and tell lies when things have not been put to warn but well after that you like to charge us until the registration cover
Every time I have called, all the workers of this company are super professionals, that is the truth. I call Endesa, or any other power company that is supposed to have competition and customer service is lousy. Here in the Canal they serve you wonderfully and that it is a monopoly, which is supposed to be worse. I am delighted with them is what I can say and I give them five stars because they are very efficient and fast, really fantastic.
Charging 1 year and a half a service that is not used .. calls to give the low and it is impossible, they pass you with 50 agents and nobody solves the problem, to register is 5 minutes, for daraw of low I take 1 year and On top of that, you have to pay for the minimum service that has not been used for more than a year.
You waste your time calling customer service. They spend more than 20 minutes without answering, no matter how many times you call. I propose to call it Customer Abuse Phone.
A beautiful water tower, that when we were there hosted a great photography exposition. The entrance is free of charge which makes it a great option for tourists on a low budget or if you re living in the neighbourhood to drop in for a quiet afternoon. In the water reservoir there now is some sort of movie theatre with short movies that supplement the exposition below.
Former water distribution tower, converted into an exhibition hall. The building is as interesting as the activities it houses, normally of very good quality.
