I imagine that each one will have a different experience, but mine could not have been better, highlighting the attention on the part, both of customer service, when I called, as that of the commercial management department, highlighting Victoria's excellent attention that both his information about the procedures he had to perform and his explanations helped a lot to keep him from panicking. Thanks a million for people like Victoria, who make you feel that you are not a number, but a person. I wish there were in all administrations, agencies and public companies, more people like Victoria, so professional and friendly.
I also highlight Juani, from the collection department, with his kindness and good work, who helped me a lot too.
In general, all were very accessible, and friendly, and professional, giving solution to a problem that worried me a lot, and it could be solved.
