Every time I have called, all the workers of this company are super professionals, that is the truth. I call Endesa, or any other power company that is supposed to have competition and customer service is lousy. Here in the Canal they serve you wonderfully and that it is a monopoly, which is supposed to be worse. I am delighted with them is what I can say and I give them five stars because they are very efficient and fast, really fantastic.
