Canal plus takes 20 a month from me without ever having subscribed to their service. it's been 4 months or 80 ! I sent them a mail in AR, they replied that I had been registered by a bouygues telecom advisor, outside I never asked to subscribe to canal plus! These are thieves' practices! I will have to file a complaint if I am not reimbursed and the withdrawals do not stop!

The quality of the programs is no longer at the rendezvous. Canal + the only channel where you can subscribe to an internet subscription, but must terminate only by mail. My business practices are poor

A shame on my part just before I contact the customer service channel who told me to call the seat for my dispute with channel and when I call the seat he will send the ball back and we hang up on the nose for no reason .

A SCANDAL, I put a star because I cannot give less. They take me 240th for no reason, no one will contact you. Obliged to call back even to be reimbursed and understand the situation. SITUATION THAT NO ONE IS ABLE TO EXPLAIN. Phone call not reimbursed because I am not a customer with them, so why am I being charged 240th? No professionalism and customer relations Canal puts me in a very uncomfortable financial situation, thank you very much! I do not recommend to anyone
