Food hall is a must, but bring cash and lots of it.

I love going here to look at the booths and the games but it is getting to expensive to attend now a day

Not lot of art work exhibition. More of food and amusement park.

On Aug 27, 2018, 3:30 am, I was Scammed and kicked out of the casino , I was playin roulette, I placed a bit $10 on 29 and $5 split between 29 and 32 and $10 On 32, Cne employ made a mistake instead of placing the marker on 29 he placed on 32, why not after mistakes place the marker on 29. especially when employee confirmed mistake with manger, manger supper rude, he made the call to collect th chip, with out checking how much bit was on 29 I did recall to check bet on 29, manager said we have video fottage, right after the replace the employes on table . After 20 min waiting they said I only placed $5 on Split not $10 on 29 , video footage don t lie , I have a witnesse that won on same number 29 and saw me playing, Robbery at Cne casino pls don t go there go to Niagara or else where not CNE !!!

Everything here is overpriced but it's a great way to hang with friends. The rides are catered to children but it's still enjoyable for me.

the need to check who is working there. There were 3 staff members that might have been working on something hand on all I know is all black shirt with a red label. They were disgusting flirting with little girls and they followed me through the food court and kept pushing against me, security should be on the look out for these things, because I constantly was looking for security

Had a good time air show was awesome the trews rocked. First visit to the ex in over 20 years glad I went.

This year I have to say I was the most disappointed with the CNE, the rides for the kids didn't open till 11 a.m. even though the park opens at 10 a.m. all the kids rides were at less than half speed, and most of all the staff just doesn't care at all about the customer experience.

I literally cannot tell you how many times I ran into I don't care it's not my problem and it's too bad that you overpaid or double paid or whatever it was.

this is why see any attendance is down because they literally are gouging and taking whatever money they can while providing the lowest possible value to the customer, while treating them like they were the problem.

Big zero on customer service & in fact I would say a negative on the customer service just being there.

Oh what can be said about the old ex that hasn't been said a game. Well perhaps I can add that it seems to get smaller every year and more costly. It is a nice Landmark but I believe they have priced themselves out of reality

Food is overrated not good, huge flea market inside. Rides are dull and the ticket system makes families spend more money than the areas worth.

It's getting expensive to go in but if planned properly it can be a good budget friendly end of summer outting. Loved the lantern display

Food options were great! There is more than adequate seating and we found a place to sit immediately on a busy night.

Was a ton of fun last year, sad to hear it won't be coming back this year.

First time going to CNE and it was amazing!! Prices are high for food but that is to be expected, we decided to just snack to save money and had a dessert of bubble tea and this ice cream which was WOW!!! Best ice cream I have ever eaten :)

I absolutely love this place! So much entertainment, food, drinks and fun stuff to do!

Its was a very surreal experience great place to be at very fun and enjoyable

Love the exhibition. There is so much to see and do. Something for everybody, regardless of age or taste.

The grand old dame of amusement parks in last two weeks of august

It is losing its attraction. Same stuff every year. Nothing new, same old games and rides.

Hi there. First i would like to say its great coming here every summer. But the reason why this place lost 3 stars because the dealers working at that spinning game with the card logo where you bet blue or red was doing a terrible job. Ill explain. Its happened on labour day 2017 in the afternoon. I put one my coins a toonie on blue. Blue had the higher card so i won. Problem was i told the dealer "hey i won my bet on blue". Said it twice but they didnt listen and the next spin went already with my toonie laying there since the last spin i won without paying me. So i took the toonie away from the game after the dealer said no more bets because they didnt pay me the spin before. Im not the crook for this. These people are!!! Please people working at this game get your heads straight and do the job right. You guys are being an ass about this and you're crooks!

Good historical exhibition. Kids love rides and farm

We love the CNE. We go every year. It's part of our summer tradition. Great vibe. Such a wide cross-section of people gathered together. The sights and sounds of the best fair in the country! Interesting craftwork. Good food, too! Always a fun outing!

Food seems like it gets more expensive every year but the rides shows and atmosphere make up for it. Nice to go in the evening to see the midway all lit up. Always a blast.

Really not as good as it used to be. If you don't do the rides you can see all the buildings and vendors in 3 hours or less. It seems like the quality of vendors is also dropping with at least 4-6 different vendors trying to sell the same "it" product of the year.

Definitely a great experience but very crowded, as is expected with anything downtown.

A great Toronto tradition! Lots to do, and fun for any age! Admission is not expensive but you get hosed with midway games and the rides prices are crazy. I take Wonderland vs CNE any day if your looking for a fun thing to do. But, it's tradition isn't it!?

Quite pricey and the rides weren't as exciting or as varied as expected but the event was still fun.

Every year for the past 40ish. I think that says it all. It is a great tradition, that I have been happy to pass on my kids.

Great place to spend time with family and loved ones. Don't forget to hit all it has to offer and of course the outlets.

Is it possible to rate it zero stars? I am from the states and attended the CNE many years ago and found it fascinating, exhibits, demonstrations, samples etc. Admission is $18, we paid $25 for parking, just to walk in the door it cost us $61. The choices in the food building were just OK, nothing unusual. We ended up with chicken soulvaki, decent but nothing I can't buy near my home. We had no idea the food trucks were there or we would have tried them but if we had there was no place to sit. The shows were marginal, the acrobats from Asia were good however I have seen a much better version of that show at the fair near Buffalo. The dog show was nothing but agility, I can watch my own dog do that. We have no children therefore the midway was of no use but did not notice any rides I had not seen before. The biggest disappointment of all were the large exhibit halls selling junk. I did not count how many halls but it truly was beyond belief. $61 for an OK lunch, boring shows and an exaggerated flea market where I had no desire to shop.The best thing was a bar of ice cream encased by two warm waffles. Rather sad. Why is this called an exhibition? So very disappointed , we were in Toronto for one day and there are so many better places to enjoy. I encourage Canadians to come to the New York State Fair in Syracuse, a great example of what a exhibition/fair should be.

Spend your money elsewhere. CNE is far to
expensive. Prices go up every year.

Gotta love the Ex. The pickle pizza this year was outstanding. Keep coming back for the food trucks and craft beer setup that they have. It makes it more fun for the whole family! Better to show up for the deal after 5pm.

Loved this exhibition.... Biggest fair in canada in August month of every year. I have worked here as a security guard and saw a lot of people enjoying their days with families with different tastes of food and interesting rides

There are a lot exhibitions of dogs, cats, shows, attractions, housewares and many, many interesting things at CNE.

It's a good time for the family and they got a beer section now with different brewery's. Lots of animals, rides and carnival games

A very busy place, not for folks who don't enjoy the crowd and noise. Lines in the food court were very long. Hard to find seats in the food court.

Place is fun and colourful! I highly recommend for you to check this exhibition out on summer it was a fun and delightful experience!

I've been to the CNE 3 out of last 4 trips in 2015, 2016 and 2018 it was so much fun.

Checked out the CNE, lots to do and see, plenty of rides ans games and the food selection was overwhelming!

I've been to the CNE for every year since I was a child. I really enjoyed the feel this year. The food trucks, beer tents, fantastic selection of foods/deserts in the food building, shows, concerts etc. Way to go.

It was an amazing adventure to go in some amazing rides which are unique to find even at wonderland and the variations of food are quite delicious to enjoy while being around in the fair

It's fine and all. Just not for me. My family loves it. There's a lot to do, but I just feel like I'd rather spend the money and go to wonderland. If you're going for the rides that's probably the wrong reason to go

Very crowded, lots of food options but you may have to wait in huge lines.. noisy dirty, a carnival to go to every few years. My main reason this year was drop someone off and ended up buying a ton mix pack of collector cards.. baseball football hockey from the vendor who sells sport collector items, a very big selection. Thank you random old guy who gave me the warrior day free admission ticket.

Parking was expensive for $35 & also food... anything else were good

Great family fun for all. The kid zone is great for children, my niece had a blast there!

As for me, I enjoy the loads of food options and the spectacular displays. The silk laterns this year were incredible & the butter sculptures amazing as always.

Very fun and lots to do but the prices can be steep

If you have a kid or kids with you or just you'z just a crazy carny-lover, this is for you.

I never go beyond 11-3. Those are the reasonable hours of visitation.

Be prepared to spend a minimum of $40-60 on food and beverages.

I got the early tickets for all day rides, but those add up too. Plus admission. One trip last year for two cost $250. This year, $140.

Coming from a small town to a big city has been interesting. One thing I would definitely recommend for those who love little fairs and such, check out the CNE at least once in your life. Great date night activity. Rides, prizes, shops and so much food. Great experience.

great memories , every year there are new experiences

I've always loved the CNE ever since I was a kid and I still do! I haven't missed a year yet. Already looking forward to August 2018.

Amazing Exhibition/Fair with lots of attractions, shops, and a huge amount of food choices in the "food building" (admittedly our main reason to go there) with everything from deep fried cookie dough, colossal onions, 99c spaghetti, to foot long corndogs and funnel cake. Entrance is 20$ normally, but weekdays after 5pm it's 9$.

Lots to do even without including the rides, some great stands selling rare dvd's!

CNE my first visit after 28 years living in Toronto. We got the all day ride pass for kids much worth it compared to individual ticket. Bring about $200 to spend on rides/games/food. So many yummy food to try. Spend a good 10hr here.

It's always fun to see food and culture but it's the exact same thing every year. It's always the same stalls, same merchandise, and either same or higher prices year after year. It would be nice to see something different and more appealing to the new generation or a whole new set up.

This was.my first time at the CNE and it didn't disappoint. I enjoyed every show I went for. The highlight had to be the ice skating performance though the air shows was excellent as well. Sadly I missed the super dog show but heard it was good too. The food was amazingly tasty as well. I loved the ribs and pulled pork. Corn dog was ok - nothing to rave about. All in all, it was a day we'll spent.

First time going. I liked it a lot, there was tuns of walking. It got busy in the evening, I m guessing because of the concert. I would definitely go again.

I live in the area, and frankly I don t want to be subjected to an outdoor concert every weekend and most weekend nights that this event is on. If the volume for these concerts is so high that in my living room more than a kilometre away I have to turn up my TV to hear it then I think that is excessive.

The excitement, the variety, so much to see and do. Great music

There is simply nothing better than taking your kids to the Ex on Labour Day weekend for the fun rides, jumbo corndogs and the international goods on display. Added bonus on the long weekend is the Canadian International Air Show, which is by far the most amazing part. Making this an annual tradition.

Horrific noise for hours every weekend in summer. Disorganized, clueless and inconsiderate management continue disregarding ongoing noise complaints by residents.

Lots to see and do. There are many rides to choose from. Rides for little kids plus rides for adults. Lots of venders. Concerts go on as well saw Jane Arden last night it was great. There is also lots of food opitions too so many in the food building. I havent been there since I was kid my self but glad to have gone back it felt like the first time lol
