Great pie! Lol. Also a really great place to bring your kids and family. A lot to there. Very nice, very clean and a lot of fun!

i went there for apple picking. however, i am disappointed with my experience and probably will not be returning next season. it was $25/ticket. with me and my gf, we spent $50 on tickets. this is fine/average for this time a year to go apple picking with additional excursions. even though we had a reservation, there were lines everywhere. there was a line to check in and get the wrist bands. it definitely was not social distanced by any means. there were crowds of people at the farmers table (indoor as well). by the animals, there was a huge crowd with everyone being shoulder to shoulder. i did not mind this as i tried to avoid the crowds. the most concerning was when we got our wrist bands, we were handed a ziplock container to fill out apples. that is what came with our ticket. if we wanted to pick the fresh produce (potatoes, radishes, string beans), it would be an extra costs. we ended up leaving with about 5 apples per bag. this is definitely not worth the price by any means. they should have arranged it to have a bigger bag and if you wanted to view the other excursions, it would be a la carte with a different wrist band color. not worth it.

My last time coming here, prices are ridiculous. I'm sure the next time I come here they'll charge me to breathe the air. Look for a better farm. Save your time and money.

Lots of blueberries, raspberries were harder to pick but great atmosphere overall. Very family friendly.

An amazing family friendly place for everyone. Great service and super clean and organized. Well prepared to tackle Covid-19.

I wish I could leave a positive review however When you charge admission to an apple orchard I think that crosses the line and then 50.00 per box of apples the same amount would fit in a bag that would normally cost 20 -25.00 all in all I spent 1 1/2 hours there with my son and spent 100.00 for apples I could have bought at a local farm stand minus the horrendous crowds and over priced EVERYTHING needless to say we won't be going back and I will find another place to take my family for an autumn outing that won't leave me broke. Who could enjoy themselves when they are being robbed blind (Im being polite). Stay home save your money way over priced and crowded.

Great experience. Well organized, with a lot of attention to what the kids want. However, only four stars due to overpricing on everything. A visit to this farm averages over $100.

Great donuts! Nice farm market and country store. Wonderful employees. A good afternoon trip for the family. You can pet and feed the goats!

My kids had tons of fun. I was upset because the ticket vendor didn't tell me I didn't need to buy pyo passes for the kids (i had told them i had the kids and they had the family fun pass) so I wasted 10 bucks for no reason. Other than that it was a fun day. Definitely will come back in warmer season!

This was a great experience for my girls. They loved riding on the ponies and picking raspberries, peaches and sunflowers.

Great place for a weekend family time. But a bit pricey. 50$ worth of fruit that you can spend 20$ at super market. But freshness cost more

WORST FARM I ve visited ever. I wish i could give no star. 18$ PER PERSON FOR 3 years and older. May not a big deal for many people, But for some people it s definitely expensive. Specially the bag they gave for per person it s smaller than a ziplock bag. It feels like a joke. At least they should give a bigger bag for the price they charge. NOT RECOMMENDED. I made the decision to come this farm after seeing some reviews. But honestly I feel regret on my decision. Too much business minded. The only thing I like here is the tractor service. You can visit almost the whole garden area easily with this tractor service.

Great atmosphere, well maintained farm and very tourist friendly. Plenty of parking as well.

Farm I am sure is great. But 1) a 3 year old is charged the same price as an adult. Kind of absurd, no? 2) purchased 2 tickets and without even getting out on the farm had to take my 3 year old back home. No refunds. So i just gave them over $60 of my money for nothing. Again, farm i am sure is great, but they r not getting my business.

Great farm and fresh produce and great place for kids!!

Went in at 6pm to pick corn and peaches. Got to the corn field in 15 mins, great start so far! Picked our corn in 10 mins, waited for the tractor trailer, good on time. Now only to get to those peaches. The driver couldn't drop us off at the peach trees because we had to get to the market since we were close to closing time. He told us there were peach trees by the entrance and told us to wait while others picked their produce. We patiently waited for 30 mins. By the time we got to the market it was 7pm and they closed. A rude employee yelled at us to move along to the market and when I told him the driver told us we could pick peaches by the entrance he just yelled for us to move on. Would've been fine if the man wasn't so rude. Never coming back.

Very Nice experience on the Strawberry festival, very organized, my daughter's love it, specially the Pony ride, on my side i think is a little pricey for the all activity pass for the kids, is $17.99 per kids + $6.99 adults on weekends, imagine taking more than 1 kids, plus we spend on food, treats, and the strawberry we picked, we also have to paid for the carton basket big ones $2.00. I end up spending more than $130.00 ouch! One good side for adults is the wine tasting, super refreshing and Cheap just $5.00 + tax and you get to try 5 wines and to take Glass cup awesome!! overall i wil come back :)

This place certainly has grown over the years. I subscribed to a farm share for the first time. I get a lot of farm produce and the staff is great. Had an especially nice interaction with Taylor.

If you dislike carrying money this is the place for you! They will gladly lighten the load as everything is massively overpriced. Charges where there shouldn't be, a parking lot nightmare, and very disorganized. Won't be going back.

Great farm with lots of activities and produce. When it's busy it can become overtaking overwhelming. My advice is get there early! Do the rides, pickyour fruits and vegetables early! The later you get there the more hectic it becomes -- avoid the the crowds and you will have a fabulous family/friends outing.

This is an amazing place to spend a romantic afternoon, or to bring the whole family for a fun time! Lots of pick your own options, a great little area with food and drink available as well, the only thing I would say is they were not as tight on COVID restriction enforcement as I would've liked to see. Apples, Corn, a multitude of berries, pumpkins, and even eggplant are available for picking and all seem to be good to great quality.

Although the rain didn't stop i still had a blast being with my family. Corn and wine were great

Great place to spend a day with your loved ones. Affordable tickets to enter the farm. You can eat all you want. Carry your own water. Must try their wine tasting once you come out.

Beautiful farm with a great selections of backed goods!

A fun fall experience for our family. We picked apples and pumpkins, ate pumpkin icecream, fed the farm animals. Some staff were helpful, some seemed less than enthused to be there. But over all, great trip. There is also a corn maze, pony rides and a bounce house. This is a great trip for younger children.

Wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables home-baked items very pleasant and helpful people

So disappointed in the baked goods. Saw enticing ads online for the 2018 peach festival at Alstede Farms and was interested enough to drive over 2 hours to get there, thinking all baked goods would use fresh peaches as they were in season. Paid $14 for a 1.5-pound peach pie and got it home to discover it contained only peaches from a can, and the taste of the preservative in the peaches was disgusting! How can the owners of this farm justify using canned, preservative-laden peaches during peach season???? And at that price???? No wonder the checkout clerk told me the pie would last a week in my refrigerator. So ironic -- the farm is planted with dozens of peach trees but the owners don't use those peaches to make the pies they sell. The box reads "home-baked goods". That means home BAKED, not homeMADE. I would have had the same pie if I'd bought a frozen Mrs. Smith's and baked it in my own home, and for a third of the price. Also, I tried a sample of the farm's cider doughnuts and it was extremely dry, as was a muffin I bought. There are much, much better baked goods at Springdale Farms in Cherry Hill, N.J., where I'll continue to shop from now on. They use only fresh fruits in their pies, and no preservatives. And their other baked goods are moist, not dry.

Fourth of July weekend. The music guy only played classic rock. None of the blueberries were blue on the inside. Milkshakes were too milky. Plenty of the visitors didnt bother wearing a mask. But on the good side this is a wholesome family experience and isn t that what it s all about?

We went there on a Sunday afternoon. My toddler daughter had a good time on the pony rides, bouncy and rides. We all enjoyed the free ice cream too which they were offering that day. Check the website for events.

Spent 3 hours walking the grounds, being ridden by a tractor, experiencing a corn maze, sunflower field, picking cucumbers, squash, rasberries, potato, and the apples. Came for the apple picking, ended up seeing more then expected.

Great fun for adults and kids. A bit pricey though because of all of the attractions and food.

I went here for the farm to table breakfast and a PYO combo. It was 100% worth it. The food was really good and picking berries afterwards was a lot of fun. Sunflower patch entry was also included. Staff was friendly too. Would do again and would recommend. Perfect Bday activity for me. Loved.

Many small animals are inside, sheep, cows, horses, pigs, donkeys ... Tickets are 5 yuan for picking fruits (you can eat them freely, it is best to bring a knife and a few bottles of mineral water). After picking, you will have to pay for it separately It's best to go to the official website to see which fruits in the calendar are ripe.

Awesome farm, plenty to do! We always have an amazing time!

I came with a couple of friends for some fruit and veggie picking and had a great time! We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was a bit slim pickings, but that's no fault of the farms' and we each came out with some decent produce. I would come earlier next time and maybe buy an extra bag, because the ones included in the price are barely satisfying enough and if you grab 2 or 3 decently sized veggies, it's pretty much full. In the end, it was a great time, there was a great variety of things, and it seemed like there was much more to do than just picking, so definitely plan to spend a good while here!

Beyond expensive and beyond disappointed. Spent well over $150 just to get in and a couple of apples, definitely not worth it. Literally had to pay just to pick apples, plus pay for the apples ... apples weren t even of great quality. A lot of rotten ones, both on trees and on ground. Apple picking is supposed to be a fun experience for the family, instead it dug a big hole in my pocket. Stay away... definitely not worth it for the amount you pay.

This farm is so good! I spent a day with my family (3 - 65+, 3 - 18+) and we had a good experience. Prices are a little expensive but it worth it. They have blueberries, peaches, a sunflower maze, raspberries, eggplants, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, apples and many more. They have stations around the farm and they let you even walk through or take a ride on the tractors they have. It was a good experience. Everything I picked was SO GOOD! I will return

Very large farm. Definitely check their site before you go because you want to see what s available. When I checked, berries were listed and there were none left. There were a lot of apples, but the admission was really overpriced. There is a cute area in front for kids and their front market had a lot of options, but the farm itself fell flat for me.

It's a big place with lots of fruits and vegetables to pick and animals to see. Great place for the whole family!

Ive never had a negative experience here. Been coming for years. My nephews 3 and 6 have been here every year of their little lives and enjoy picking their berries and playing with the animals. Oh the tractor rides is Gabes favourite lol. Im no fan of the cooked food but that strawberry ice cream is amazing. Oh wine tasting is a hit too, yum.

Its big and there are many activities to do; however, its so expensive to just pick an apple?! Its not right. I've been to farms where I pick so many fruits and vegetables for a decent price but here its 30 per person just to pick what 4-7 apples? Oh wells.

Nice drive from Jersey City and good place for a family outing. General admission fee is little high when you have to pay for strawberry weight also. For kids they have other package which is extra too. Parking is free.

Great place right around the corner. The popularity of this place has really driven the prices sky high, almost a tad ridiculous now. Still, nonetheless, good for young kids.

Alstede is a wonderful place to visit - don't be dissuaded by it's popularity. I personally avoid it on the weekends (I live in Chester) but I love doing "pick your own" on quieter (and cooler) weekday mornings. It is a very large farm. Strawberries and blackberries are my favorites, also love the english peas and asparagus. Take the hayride even if you can walk ... it is quite a ride!

It was a great day, the day of fun kids will remember for life. Amazing place with many things to do, great staff, many animals and activities. It will be our favorite farm!

This farm needs to work harder on its customer service. The tractor comes out into the u-pick area too infrequently especially on a hot day. Lots of employees standing around that could do more to accommodate visitors.

Loved doing vegetable and fruit picking here last summer. Best time to visit this place is July end. They have vegetables like tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, beans and pumpkins available for picking. In fruits, they have delicious peaches and apples for picking. I also visited them this year for strawberry picking in June, but it was a very limited experience comparatively.

Such a beautiful farm and great activities for families of all ages!

For the $30+tax per person general admission and a sandwich zip bag to pick and fit 4 apples in it, this farm offers no value at all! Except from the apple fields (half not ready for picking yet), the rest was all rotten. Unless you buy from their farm market at the exit at unreasonable prices, you'll go home with 4 apples. All in all I feel robbed and promised my self that neither my eyes nor the eyes of family will see this farm ever again. Friendly advice to parents: do yourself a favor and take your kids to a different farm where you'll find a lot more fun activities for children.

Wonderful experience but quite pricey. Only a few years ago, we could get a pony ride at a local farm for $3-5, now it's $11. The actual farm is huge! The tractor/hayride around takes somewhere around 20 min, very bumpy ride. You get a small bag to collect fruits or veggies, we got apples. The apples were very good !!! We chose pumpkins. Unfortunately there weren't any small, or medium-small pumpkins. There are trolleys that you can rent at the entrance that we didn't see until the end which would have made the pumpkin carrying easier. We didn't get a chance to do the mazes (there were a few ). We did the wine tasting, weren't fans of the wine. Most of the whites were very citrucy or tasteless. The cider slushies were good. The kids enjoyed them. I think a smaller size would have been better because my 5yo barely finished half. Nice little animal farm too, bunnies and goats and donkeys. Overall a fun day ! But be prepared to spend over $100... ****** 2 week later update **** The pumpkins we got are now rotten unfortunately.

Nice, clean and massive farm. Well organized for parking and getting in or out. Animals and tractors abound. Huge variety of apples and pumpkins. Friendly staff too.

Admission $7 per adult and child. Then you pay $8/lb for the blueberries and raspberries. That's some expensive fruit.

This place IS expensive when compared to other PYO farms.... but TOTALLY WORTH IT! Make it a whole day of fun. Go early and stay until closing. This place is huge!!! Plenty of parking, EXCELLENT Wine tasting, many children's activities, hayrides, mini zoo of farm animals, clean, cider donuts, BIG burgers, and very wide variety of PYO options. It was a wonderful day!

Entertaining, expensive but we always seem to return here

Beautiful, cozy, pure air, pure nature, although the prices of fruits and vegetables harvested and transported by oneself, are very expensive.

I actually didn t visit....it may be a very nice place.....but was absolutely astonished when my children told me they paid $100 for two bags of apples on top of paying an entry fee.....OUCH!!

I was a bit disappointed today with my yearly trip to Alstede. It was ridiculously crowded even though tickets were to be purchased online. I waited over 20 minutes for the haywagon ride..normally this wouldn't bother me but I was only given the option to buy a 5pm ticket and when I called was told I would have plenty of time to do all of the activities...which I did not. I couldn't partake of the pick your own fruit and veggies because the corn maze and pumpkin picking took up most of the time and then to wait over 20 minutes for the hay ride seemed like a huge waste of time. I purchased 5 tickets ...125 dollars total...then paid for the pumpkins...35 dollars...just to feel rushed and regretful that I spent my hard earned money there. I've been going to alstede farms for more than 20 years....today I said never again. And there was no social distancing on the hay ride...people were shoulder to shoulder.
