Just got off the phone with a Daniel, who was extremely rude and was disinterested in his work. Being a representative of Montreal, his attitude and behavior has really made me second guess any little interest I have in that province. He asked me what i wanted to know and since i haven't been working in a lawyer's office for any amount of time, i told him that i am an international student in Canada where I completed one year of my studies and was looking out for options in Montreal for my second course where he rudely interrupted me and said its up-to-me, I ignored that and told him that i was interested in building a career in Quebec when he interrupted me again and said that i have to apply online.
I think Campbell or Cohen need to take another look when their hiring their staff . because this attitude sucks and was very unprofessional. I was looking to hire a lawyer but now i think il take my business elsewhere as it is clear that Campbell and Cohen are such a big company that they don't really need to care about one client and i'd rather take a lawyer that is more interested in their clients to effectively do their damn job.

Absolutely unprofessional! I called this firm to ask a few questions since they preferred to talk on phone. The attorney who I talked to was extremely impolite and short temper. He started yelling at me from the beginning. If an attorney doesn't want to spend 5 minutes to calmly and respectfully answer my questions, I definitely cannot rely on him to carefully handle our case. I don't recommend this firm.

A team of professionals who know what they are doing. They did their due diligence on our case before guiding us to move forward. This law firm has sound knowledge of how an immigration case should be handled no matter what one's background is. They not only provided us with a complete list of required documents, but also guided us in how to obtain these documents and when they should be submitted eg. police certificate, education equivalency, translation to English, etc. One of the most approachable, highly communicative and positive attitude team I have ever met. Their response time was always between 24 to 72 hours and if there was some sort of urgency, a phone number was provided where one can call during regular office hours. Extremely helpful, they provided us with great service in our immigration to Canada and we felt as if they were taking care of our case as their own. One of the best part of having them as our immigration lawyer was their online portal on which we uploaded our documents and information and could keep track of precise information required, eliminating the confusion of multiple long emails. All the members of the team that worked on our application (Chris, Adam, Christie, Lindsay, Gabriel, Mickael, Nicholas, Max and Cassie) were awesome. They answered all our queries and were really polite in all their communications. By November 28, 2017 our application was successful! The only reason this is not a five star review is that sometimes email correspondence was not timely (i appreciate the time difference between Canada and Nigeria) and they are expensive too. However at the end of the day, i am really satisfied with their service and i think its money well spent. I would totally recommend them to any prospect immigrant.

Our experience with Campbell, Cohen was extremely positive. We used them for our Canadian PR. Even before we paid the fees they patiently answered all the questions we had. Most other firms wanted to us to sign up even before we were not sure if we wanted to get the PR. But these guys explained the process and the pros and cons upfront and which was deciding factor in us using them to represent us.

During the process, their lawyers answered all our questions in great detail and showed patience in handling anxiety of immigrants. Their email turn around time is around 1 day and you can reach your attorney via email on 4 days of the week in selected 4 hr time slots each days. The online portal where you submit your docs is pretty robust and shows that they have done this for a while.

I initially decided to use them because of all the good reviews online. It took me so long to gather all the required documents. Then I waited 11.5 months after I got an ITA to get refused. There was no care to call from them to see why it was refused, to ask for notes.. i just waited and waited to be disappointed. I called iRCC, i became aware of what to ask, i ordered my notes etc... they did nothing to see what was wrong!

Then when all my tests were passed the deadline and after my honest review, they contacted me to reapply (knowing i'll have to gather all new documents again, pass new tests new medical exam and all costs)

Please don't use them, they won't serve you unless you're a perfect candidate. If you're a perfect candidate then do it yourself!

I was very hesitant to hire a lawyer to help me obtain a study permit in Canada, but looking back, it has been the best decision I could have made. I also required a TRP, so my case was a little complicated from the beginning; however, my lawyer and his entire team helped me from start to finish, told me not to give up, and provided the necessary insight and knowledge that I didn t have.

According to the internet, it can take around 6 months to get a TRP approved. I sent in my application on May 1, and got my approval notice on August 8. A week before that, my lawyer sent in a request to expedite my processing times. I absolutely believe that I would have not gotten a response back, and definitely not a final decision if it wasn t for my lawyer and his team.
