Our experience with Campbell, Cohen was extremely positive. We used them for our Canadian PR. Even before we paid the fees they patiently answered all the questions we had. Most other firms wanted to us to sign up even before we were not sure if we wanted to get the PR. During the process, their lawyers answered all our questions in great detail and showed patience in handling anxiety of immigrants. Their email turn around time is around 1 day and you can reach your attorney via email on 4 days of the week in selected 4 hr time slots each days. The online portal where you submit your docs is pretty robust and shows that they have done this for a while.
