I m from the middle of Suffolk county and have no problem stating that this is the best carpet and flooring shop I ve found. From customer service to finish product. The owner is one of the kindest welcoming people I ve met in a long time. Will refer anyone I know here.

I called to arrange to have a commercial carpet cleaned and the person I spoke to was rude and spoke to me like I was a moron. When I told him I didn t want a steam cleaning he asked me what I wanted and I told him I wanted the carpet shampooed with the brusheslike I have had in the past . He then told me we used to travel in propeller planes but we have jets now. I proceeded to tell him I had no use for his services. This after I left a message with the receptionist to have someone return my call which he never did. I HAD TO CALL BACK !!!!

Very professional, very nice business to work with. They helped me out in a pinch with quick turn around and extra personal care. I had very special needs because I was carpeting a 61ft viking sport fishing boat. Skip and the crew exceeded my expectations.

On time, quick, reasonably priced and most importantly the results were excellent!

Jon did a wonderful job on my carpets - I definitely did not take great care of my carpet and there were several food and dirt stains all over. Jon did a great job in quoting his time and rate and was extremely efficient while he was there. The carpets came out beautifully (better than when I moved in!) and when I had to cut our time off early, Jon was flexible and was able to work in a tighter time frame. A very reliable carpet cleaner - I would definitely recommend his services and go to him in the future!

So impressed not only with their cleaning service but also their customer service! They were gracious, understanding, and definitely put the customer first. Would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and to everyone on G+.

They never followed through even though i went i to their physical store. Very strange behavior if you want business and have an interested client.

As always Campbell s carpet cleaned my rugs after my 4 dogs had fun playing on them. They did an impeccable job. Justin and Maurice were so nice and respectful. They are regulars in my home. We love how seriously they take their work. Reasonably priced too!

Campbell's Carpet is the best. I highly recommend them. I just had my handmade heavy Oriental rugs cleaned by them and they look fabulous! The quality of their service is excellent and their prices are competitive. It takes a week or two to clean (depending on the treatment) but it is well worth it. The guys who deliver it back are very nice and helpful but be sure to tell them the exact placement to avoid any issues. Also, be sure to call and set appointment for the return of the rugs. It's a family run business that takes pride in their work and service. I've also purchased wall to wall carpeting from them and it's still looking good.

I worked for Campbell's Carpet Service back in the mid 80s I'm a retired postal worker but have had many jobs in my life Skip Campbell was by far the best boss I ever had!!
It was fun working for him he's funny,laid back and would do anything to make a customer happy!! A1 human being!!

I have used Campbell s for over 30 years. They always do a great job. I called them this morning at 8:30 because my water heater broke and flooded our basement. They were at my house before 10. I wish every service person I used was as reliable as Campbell s.
