I called to arrange to have a commercial carpet cleaned and the person I spoke to was rude and spoke to me like I was a moron. When I told him I didn t want a steam cleaning he asked me what I wanted and I told him I wanted the carpet shampooed with the brusheslike I have had in the past . He then told me we used to travel in propeller planes but we have jets now. I proceeded to tell him I had no use for his services. This after I left a message with the receptionist to have someone return my call which he never did. I HAD TO CALL BACK !!!!
