We took our preschooler, and he loved it! There were plenty of rides for him, and lots of characters strategically placed around the park for him to meet. We also enjoyed the Camp Snoopy show. We did not allow ourselves enough time, and spent much of it standing in line at the gate. When we go next time, I think we'll go a little later to try to get in after the opening crowds have all gotten in and dispersed into the park. There is enough to do that the lines for rides were reasonable.

Great place for kids. You can find different kinds of rides for children. There are many things they can enjoy so you might need to plan ahead to spend some time with them. The entrance is free if your children are between the ages of three and five, you just need to get a pass for them. It's sometimes crowded but it is definitely worth it, just go ahead and let your kids have fun.

We just attended WinterFest here. The park is definitely decorated nicely for Christmas and this is a good value for season ticket holders. Camp Snoopy is the section for smaller kids and the rides here are simplistic. My 4 year old son still has fun but will grow out of it soon I think. I'd also say that if you are going for WinterFest, plan to get there when the park opens if you want to maximize your value. It's gonna take you a bit to park, walk in and get thru security. Otherwise, it's the standard amusement park experience with a Christmas theme--long lines, overpriced stuff and mediocre food. But that's what it has always been and that's what it always will be.

Fun!

The lines don't always appear to be long, but due to ride operator inefficiency and open seats on almost every run, it can take a long time for a little one to ride just a few things. I get especially frustrated because I feel like the ride operators are more inexperienced and while I understand that top attractions may draw more adults, there are a lot of little kids waiting longer than necessary to do things in Camp Snoopy!

This is a really good place for kids to have fun, the rides are small and most of hem are good enough for a kid even 2-3 years old (although parents will ave to accompany them). Washrooms, Drinks booths and some places for food are right next to it so you won't have to worry about running all around when kids get hungry and have to go. We are going to this place again !

My kids love it here. My 3 year old son especially being able to ride every ride in there. His favorite ride would either be the kiddy drop zone ride (I forgot what it's actually called) or the cars with all the Charlie Brown characters on them. I can't seem to remember the actual name for that ride either?

Snoopy and friends are simple thing you grew up with it but what's funny is when you're like 53 years old and you find the things that were taught to you with the shows shows up in your life that's what you call good show and wholesome show

Awesome sauce. My granddaughters and I had a wonderful time. My company did family day with the catered food and all. We did rides face painting, pics with some of the Peanuts characters, and the regular playground was awesome too. Can't wait to go back again

Good entertainment while resting our legs with our girls. Kudos to the performers. They were really trying to work a completely dead crowd. Luckily my two had a blast and loved dancing with them.

There is fun for all ages in camp snoopy! This is our first year using season passes and I think it's a good value for what you get as long as you plan to visit more than twice during a season. I took off one star for the following reasons:

There needs to be more shade over some rides and lines. There is some on most rides, but not totally covered. OR they need to paint the wooden parts of the wooden stalls something other than dark red...it gets HOT in the sun by 12pm and you can't touch them. However, there are lots of other shaded areas and places to sit.

Ride attendants can be slow. I understand its hot and not the best job, however sometimes I want to be like
...you can go a little faster unlocking the seatbelts...

If you plan to go with a small child I would go first thing in the morning during the week. It's not busy at all.

Been there. Great experience with the family. Don t have any summer plans yet. Well go and have fun at carowinds today. Camp snoopy is a new section that is fun for the younger children. Carowinds is a great place for fun in the summer, autumn and even winter ( they have a winter fest and it is great.).
