Camp Mark Seven

I was very disappointed in the application process of this camp. They charge a 200.00 deposit to register for camp, without it you are unable to register. If your child is unable to attend for any reason they "pocket" your 200.00 and refuse to return your deposit money. They told me the non-returned deposit would be used for "camp operating fees". This does not make sense. The 1,300 charge per camper for 2 weeks should be used for camp operating fees not the 200.00 of a family that is not able to attend. Basically, they have designed a way to steal 200.00 per application submitted. Be careful when applying.

Beautiful property. Camp Mark 7 offers many different programs throughout the summer such as Deaf camp, KODA camp, bible camp, elders camp, and etc. I would recommend this place for your Deaf children and KODA's.

I put five star to you all can read this msg. I am very disappoint this register system. my older younger is wait list. I have been fail to put my older daughter to camp mark 7 three or four time due to lack information such as too late to register and you miss register last November, blah blah. Yesterday, I finally got ready to put my 2 daughters to camp mark 7. I never register in past and system asked me for password and I never register this before and email them and send me for password (I noticed that my hubby name Jeff) I was confuse and that s my email. That's cause me waste of time to get password and I got in and check my younger daughter and try to check my older daughter but wait list and I got upset and confuse. I called them why my older daughter wait list. that's her last year for camp cuz of her age. she never chance to go camp. then I go ahead paid my younger daughter and that s my hubby s name on credit card fill out and I couldn't find to change my name on my credit card and I started stressed out and I go ahead charge it. I trouble to get wait list on my older daughter finally got wait list. Plus fill out the form in system and forces me to type text number that my hubby doesn't have any pager. I gave up and put my text numbers. I noticed that deaf camp always available. I thought about to put my older daughter to go join with deaf camp.

It's a beautiful camp with good intentions I'm sure but beware of false hiring promises. Lifeguards on lake waters need waterfront certification which requires class, written, and practical examination. Camp staff dishonest about providing training to lure you there but never provide training resulting in unprepared lifeguards.

Beautiful place! Awesome summer camps for KODAs and deaf children! Also several different camps for adults as well!
