She is the most fantastic designer and also a wonderful LADY watched her interview with Kerryann on ten .....she really opened up about life Her office a nd staff are amazing as well

10-12 working days for an online return to be processed, complex return policy that comes across really arrogant and not customer-centric. You're not told upfront how long a return will take to be processed!
Online staff responses simply do not account for customer experience and for a brand charging these prices - a lot more is expected.
