It is what it is ...a bit touristy but a great experience ...worth a visit

The lobster roll is amazing, although a bit pricey. Lots of seating inside and out. If you sit outside you'll have great views as you eat and can watch the tide coming in and out!

Lobster is fresh and the price is on point, not to mention the view from here is impeccable! The Valley, New Brunswick, and Cape Split all within a turn of the head.

Great for tourist. The Harbour is still a function harbour. Kids will love the beach.

Beautiful day in Halls Harbour. Had lunch, found the prices were a little steep, but otherwise the food was really good. Staff very friendly and made you feel welcomed.

The lobster came put with alot of white slimy stuff on it and it stank, no one cared. The girl at the till was very sharp because we were not aware of how to order.

Beautiful spot to watch the tides. Had the lobster Mac n cheese... Delicious. My boyfriend had the fish n chips, and also delicious.

Best Lobster you will ever have! So fresh, great scenic view of Bay of Fundy

Unusual place for us landlocked folks. Gift shop first, place your order there. Grab your lobster and take it to the cooks, then go have a seat. Fun experience and lots of history there. Our waitress taught us how to put the bib on, and open our lobsters without making us feel foolish. I'd love to live closer and visit often.

Great views across the Bay. Not much parking for vehicles. Lovely experience.

Very good, portions plentiful. If you ask for water will get bottled unless you specify other. Try saving the planet?!

I never at at restaurant but the the beach was amazing and we cooked wieners in the fire pit. A lovely day.

Beautiful location. The fish was delicious. Fries were a little undercooked. Staff were friendly & helpful. The ordering process was a little unclear. A few people claimed tables b4 ordering. We did get a nice table with a view

Awesome lobster dinner you order your lobster and then take it to the cookhouse shortly after that your meal is delivered to your table.

The lobsters are so delicious, and the renovations are amazing. Such a nice place to dine now.

The place very authentic, has addressed me. Had previously twice lobster eaten, was like rubber.

A must see! At low tide you can stand on the harbour floor beside the 'high and dry' boats. Be sure to return at high tide to experience the huge change.

Want to eat a Lobster fresh from the sea and the same way locals do? That's the place to go. Don't hesitate. View is outstanding.

Great spot for everything from the food to the view.

A very unique experience. If you expecting fine sit down dining this is not at all what you get. Think more. Local fry truck wrapped in 3 different buildings. Don't mistake me though the food is great and the price is fair.

The Harbour to me is a little piece of home. Ive grown up around the area and have been coming for a long time to enjoy the beautiful views, sunsets and amazing food. Ive never been disappointed when coming here. Halls Harbour will never let you down.

We didn't eat at the restaurant but purchased a few souvenirs. We will definitely return when we have more time to order a lobster and eat! The staff were super friendly in the souvenir shop.

We ate there last Sunday and the food was delicious. Nice size portions and all though we had to eat in our vehicle because of the pandemic the view made up for it. I highly recommend the Halls Harbour Lobster Pound.

Very good food very good service and a very good view

Other than the price of lobster being expensive, it was a good restaurant. Service was good, and you can order alcoholic drinks. It's a nice place to park and watch the sunset.

Very disappointed with the fish and chips. The fish was bland (more dusted than battered) and the fries were gross. The service was not friendly at all.

This place deserves its publicity. They pick the lobster from the tank as you order and serve it steaming hot 20min later. They also crack the lobster just right, so you still get the fun of picking it open but don't need any tools besides your fingers. No frills experience, but the best lobster we had during our two months in NS

Some say worth the drive, have to agree, after your wonderful meal, have a walk on the beach. You will be happy you came

Whether you are local or just visiting...this place is a must see and eat at!!! Halls Harbour is drenched in history (take in a good Ghost Walk) and eat at this beautiful spot. The food is amazing, the scenery is spectacular and it is good for the whole family. I used to visit here as a tourist but now we live here and I still can't get enough!

Definitely a place to go for a real Scotian experience. Check the tides to get there for low tide and walk the ocean floor. Worth the drive everytime!

Resto with a nice view. Freshly cooked lobster. Gift shop is priced for tourists. Lots of benches outside for outdoor dining. Was in renovation when we went there. Worth a trip or two in a year.

Out of the way, and not a great view of the water as the patio is behind, but the food is good and the prices are right.

The lobster was delicious. Walking on the ocean floor was fun and a unique experience.

Amazing lobster!!!!!! So good. You get to pick your own size and lobster. We took pics with them. Then they cook it, depending on the size it takes around 30 mins. Then you devour it! There is a ton of meat in these lobsters which definitely make the price worth it.

Such a beautiful location and a great place to get a very tasty lobster dinner - or other seafood dish. The gift shop is a fun place to browse. A favorite spot for my husband and I to have lobster each year.

Fresh lobsters...mmmmmmm get there early because this place gets packed. Visited on a Friday night . Service was good, dinner was fabulous.

You can order your lobster cooked and ready for pickup in about 25 minutes. Amazing!

Great place to visit - beautiful setting, staff are very nice, and the food is decent but please be aware that it is very expensive. The lobster will cost you $35 - $45 for a 1 or 2 pound lobster. If you aren't from around here, that is very expensive?, even compared to a nice restaurant in the city. Just want you to know before you plan to have dinner here.

Delicious food! Great amount of lobster in the mac n cheese and poutine. Definitely recommend!

You can get you lobster out of the water and taket to get it coock in the rest is historie ,yam yam

If you are looking for fresh lobster at a good price just go here don t think just order and enjoy I recommend going 3 pounds lots to eat and the perfect meat texture and taste

If you don't like the smell of fish, don't come here. A bit different from a traditional restaurant as you order and pay for your food at the gift shop next door. You can even pick your own lobster from the tank too. Perfect place for a date night as you can end the evening with a stroll along the harbor watching the tide come in at sunset.

Food here is spectacular; the maple curry dishes to die for. They non- seafood chooses as well.

Love the fresh steamed lobster. I went there every year when I was a student in NS and I still miss the food. The price is increasing but the quality is incomparable.
