I can not even begin to put into words how good this family business has been to my family. I have 3 difference occasions where they have been heaven sent.

1. I broke my glasses previously, and Mark came to my rescue. Ms. Bonnie checked my eyes (long overdue) & ordered my new glasses, then Mark and his staff took my old glasses and found a pair of frames someone donated and made them work so I could see until mine came in.

2. Then at a later time I decided, because they where so good to me, I would bring my disabled 80 year old mother in law. They made her feel like she was family.. she left with a huge smile on her face and couldn't wait til she received her very first pair of prescription glasses. She has always used readers from Dollar General... She know shows off her new glasses.

3. Just this week this family owned business came to by rescue once again! My father is in the last stages of ALS (Lou Gehrig) disease. He had an appointment to get his cataracts removed so he can use his eye computer to communicate with his family, but has become to weak to have this procedure. Cameron Optical took the prescription from the surgeon and made him two pair of glass, one for long distance and one for short distance. He needed two because he is paralyzed from his neck down, so bifocals would not have benefited him. They did this for my father for $0!

I am so disappointing in some of the negative comments about this business. Sometimes people tend to respond how you treat them. I truly believe if there was any miscommunication or mistakes (and they was given a chance to correct the issue) they would have made you guys very happy.

Very sad. I've been a customer since 2011. Purchased a very expensive pair of glasses for the lifetime warranty. Even paid another $700 to replace lenses recently. I was told the frames could fall in the street, a car run over them and the manufacturer will replace them. Free. Today I inconvenienced the young lady and lab tech when I requested an ear piece. They said I had to get new frames and Cameron Optical would pay half. Thanks for making my decision easy. Dr. Mann here I come. I'm finally getting Lasik.

I wanted to update an unfavorable review I left for this company. I have removed that review as the company reached out to me as soon as they saw it and took very good care of me. I m more than happy with the results and would recommend them. Do your research ahead of time on what your insurance covers and ask a lot of questions on what s covered when picking out your glasses.

My 6 year old son has gone to Dr. Cameron for the past several years. He is normally nervous anytime we go to a doctor but Dr. Cameron makes him comfortable. When I told him we had to go to the eye doctor after he recently scratched his eye, he was happy to do so. He loves the kids corner in the lobby and the amazing staff let him pick a juice box and sucker. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The office is always clean and there is never a long wait. We LOVE Dr. Cameron and her staff!!!

I was looking for a more personal touch concerning my eye care due to past experiences with large chains. I found it here! They didn't push brands on me, sales pitch me on purchasing anything through them, told me upfront the costs, and made sure my contacts were out when my tears were dyed!

They have earned a repeat customer.

As always the best experience! Love Dr Cameron and all her staff!!! Have recommended to many friends and family and we all love her!

Dr.Camron and her staff are very kind and helpful people,they were very informative and easy to speak with.I will return next year for my next eye exam.

I called to get my records sent to another doctors office and the little girl upfront told me it would take 30 days. She wouldn t even tell the doctors office what my prescription was. The new doctor was absolutely floored at their response. We faxed over my signed request for my medical records!!! Now it s a 30 day wait for the office to send my medical records that is absolutely crazy!! Will never ever go back to that office again the staff is horrible horrible horrible.

Cameron Optical is the best eye doctor I have ever used and I have been to many. The entire staff is just phenomenal, caring people. Dr Cameron gives the most thorough eye exam I have ever received. She explains clearly any problem and specifically offers solutions and answers every question thoroughly. The ones who fit for glasses and assist in choosing frames are helpful, caring and fun to work with. I have been there when they were helping children and teens with glasses choice. They make it fun for the kids and helpful and supportive of the teens. I highly recommend Cameron Optical for all of your eye problems and needs.
