Very sad. I've been a customer since 2011. Purchased a very expensive pair of glasses for the lifetime warranty. Even paid another $700 to replace lenses recently. I was told the frames could fall in the street, a car run over them and the manufacturer will replace them. Free. Today I inconvenienced the young lady and lab tech when I requested an ear piece. They said I had to get new frames and Cameron Optical would pay half. Thanks for making my decision easy. Dr. Mann here I come. I'm finally getting Lasik.
