I highly recommend the services of Cam Cool. Jessica is great to deal with and the whole team really knows their stuff. For heating and cooling needs, I wouldn't call anyone else.

I've known Trevor now for a couple of years and it's been great to learn about him and his work ethic. The quality of work that they do is second to none, both for commercial and residential. I've heard nothing but rave reviews of their work.

I can attest to his efficiency and professionalism for a small job that he did for us as well. We were getting ready to list our home and had Cam Cool Refrigeration come and inspect our furnace. The challenge was that we needed it done quickly and my husband and I also work from home so it needed to not be that disruptive.

Trevor was very accommodating. He fit us into the schedule and when he came to do the work he was very respectful, boots were removed, he worked quickly and thoroughly, and when he needed to venture through the house to check the various vents he was quite as a mouse as to not disrupt my husband's conference call.

I am the warehouse manager of a company in Vancouver, and we had some issues with our HVAC unit. Had some other companies come in to fix it, but they charged me a crazy amount to tell me it was a blown fuse. Well the fuse blew again, so we called Cam Cool Refrigeration. The guys were very friendly and prompt! Neil and Trevor came right away after finishing up their current job, and were at my warehouse within half an hour. They very quickly fixed the problem, as well as did a couple more installations that we needed done. All in all they were here for less than an hour, and accomplished more than the other HVAC companies did. The next day I received a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone, and will be using them again. In fact, we have signed up for a maintenance plan with Cam Cool, so that's all the proof you need. 10/10

Trevor and his father are very knowledgeable in what they do. They did some work for me at my clinic. They took a look and gave me the correct advice of what to do for my AC needs in the office. Their number one priority was to give me the best option even if it meant less business for them from me. They are very friendly to work with and very easy to work with. We had Cam Cool install a new furnace and AC at our residence. The install was tricky as we have a crawlspace and things didn't fit easily. As a result we had some delays so that custom fittings could be manufactured. Jessica kept us informed all the way through, from pricing to completion of the installation. They were conscientious, professional, and friendly the whole time. The installation site was spotless afterward. I would definitely use them again.

I own a flower shop and my cooler is pretty much my everything. I started having some major issues with my commercial walking fridge. I am so glad I asked Trevor to take a look at it. He immediately showed up at my store, found the problem and fixed it right away. Above all, he was friendly and super knowledgeable. Cam cool staff came back regularly afterwards to make sure the problem is fixed. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much for your amazing work, now my flowers last a lot longer.

We had the privilege of having the Cam Cool team service our home furnace as it had been some time since it was last done. My wife was at home alone and they did a great job of explaining everything, answering any questions she had and leaving extra filters too. I really appreciated the reminder call a few months later to switch out the air filter. Great customer service! She was amazed at how they introduced themselves and took of their boots, which is something you don't see from many contractors.

Our small law firm's air conditioning unit was running loud to the point we were getting complaints from strata. We have been putting off on repairing our AC unit, but we finally went and got Cam Cool to fix our AC Unit. They quickly took a look at the unit, ordered the necessary parts, and quickly got the AC back up and running.
The comfort of our building is amazing now; It's one of the best investments we made this year.

This company is excellent. Trevor came over to my place bright and early, on short notice, to help fix a problem with my furnace that the last company didn t install correctly. He then returned to do a permanent fix with the correct parts days after. Dealings with Jessica on the phone, and Trevor in person, was very impressive. I will be calling them for equipment servicing work and to install a new air conditioner in the near future.
