I have found Dean and his team to take a personal interest in growing not only our IT infrastructure but also our company as whole. We purchased a new laptop computer from Calverts, all set up with Windows 10 and email etc, ready to connect to our network. The computer did not function from day one. They asked us to return the computer. They investigated the problem and told us a new computer was required. They also charged us over $1000 for investigating the problem and for setting up the new computer again. I find this totally unreasonable. Also, the so called new computer did not come in a box like the first one. So we are questioning if in fact the computer was newly replaced.
That response is an outright lie. The computer failed on the same day it was picked up. The first day it was used. I cannot believe that you would say that. I have several witnesses to the fact.

We've been with Calvert of over a year now. They handled our Microsoft 365 cloud Migration and have also been looking after our IT security and general IT support. Full marks to the whole team; sales, admin/accounts and perhaps most importantly the tech team. Quick, efficient, friendly, competent and charge fairly.

Are they that good? Yes they are. I know a little bit about computer technology which makes me a potential danger ; ) When those times come up when I'm cornered, Calvert give me clear plain English advice on what to do and if necessary, log on to my PC to remedy problems. I've always had very good outcomes and feel that I can contact Calvert again without fear of their eyes rolling. I've used Calvert for over a year now and won't be moving to anyone else. Highly recommended.

Calvert Technologies provided advice and support to modernise the Army Museum of South Australia s technology. This included facilitating a secure cloud hosting environment within which records and files can be stored and shared between staff and volunteers, as well as ensuring the computers are running more secure software. Much of this was achieved at no cost to the museum.

Ryan was our tech and was amazing to deal with, completely flexible to our businesses needs and able to trouble shoot any issues we have - request him to work on your project - you won't regret it.
