I went in for Kybella with Marissa and had the best experience. She is so sweet and so gentle. I've been in before for Kybella with someone else n it was a bit painful. Definitely going back for any other procedures with her.

they re amazing!! super sweet and nice. they took covid precautions. it was my first time getting fillers and the staff was awesome. i thought my lips were very small which made me a little insecure and Nurse Marissa did a great job with my lips. she is sweet, friendly and professional. she knows what is right for your shaped lips and how to achieve the fullness you are going for. i definitely recommend her for the lip fillers. the rooms are super cute too!
Absolutely such a wonderful and friendly experience with Dr. Ranat being my lip injector last week. She was so genuinely upbeat and easy going. I appreciated her input and her work is flawless, I m so impressed, best lip injection as of yet! I would definitely ask for her next round. A special shout out especially for Danyell who does my monthly hydrafacials. A must! One of the most kindest and genuine souls. She s a real one. I left California Cosmetics after my first round of Kybella (4 vials) feeling extremely satisfied and very impressed by everything. The office was immaculate and so clean... it s just exactly how I imagined it after following CC on Instagram for 3 years. My experience with nurse Marissa was very warm and comfortable, she made me feel relaxed and confident in the procedure based on how she explained everything to me. You can tell shes been doing this for a while, enjoys what she does and is very good at it! I came into this Kybella procedure thinking it will be very painful because of what I ve read on the internet and heard from others but the needle was so small that I barely felt anything, like a light pinch.
Nurse Marissa also told me that they include lidocaine in the vial so that the burning sensation that would usually come after, would be pretty much nonexistent, which is exactly what I experienced! I didn t feel uncomfortable at all, it was very tolerable and something I would do again... which I will lol!
The worst part of this whole experience is the swelling caused by Kybella- I was at my peak swelling stage 2 days after my treatment. It s been 7 days after my visit and I still feel fine, my body didn t react badly after the procedure and I was able to work out lightly 2 days after my visit and now I m perfectly fine. I feel slight numbing on the treated areas which is expected, it doesn t bother me and I only used acetaminophen once in the days since my Kybella treatment and that s so that it was less sore so I can sleep comfortably.
Overall, I recommend California Cosmetics! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Plus they have great deals and specials all the time so it s definitely worth your money to be treated by renowned and trusted professionals who have an eye for beauty!

I saw a YouTube video about Juvederm Ultra Plus lip filler and loved the way the girl's lips looked amazing but natural and not overdone. I had never considered getting lip injections because of the way most look all ducky lol and obviously "done." The girl from the video went to this spot with Nurse Marisa so I booked last minute with the same nurse. It has only been 1 week and already they look great...the shape and plumpness! They still haven't fully softened yet but they look really natural, which is what I was wanted. Can't wait to see the final result in a couple weeks when the product fully settles in. Nurse Marisa asks a lot of questions about the look you are going for and is really skilled and artistic in her craft. She is able to tailor the injections to give you what you want, while also making recommendations on how to help you achieve that look based on her expertise. She even fixed my gummy smile! & I hadn't even thought about it or mentioned it to her lol Highly recommend her!
I had such a great experience at California Cosmetics Corona location. I purchased the custom lip augmentation. It was my first foray into the injection world, and I have notoriously difficult lips, due to their lack of symmetry on the top and bottom. ( I am a professional makeup artist, formally trained and can tell you first hand that even I have trouble lining them)
Making the appointment was easy, the team was always responsive. Dr. Ranat was great. She was forthcoming with information, and patiently listened to what I was looking for. She was honest and upfront with me, explaining that my desired results may not be completely achievable in one appointment, (she didn t recommend overfilling my lips all at once) but that she was still going to make me look amazing. I appreciated that she had my best interest at heart. She didn t try to over sell me, or do something that was not aligned with my wellness and lip goals. Dr. Ranat made my lips look amazing!!! She addressed every issue, with precision and skill, corrected symmetry, defined my lip boarders, and plumped them beautifully. A week or two after one of the Coordinators, Sherry followed up with me to make sure everything was healing properly, and said she would contact me again in another week to make sure I was fully healed and satisfied with my results. Office and atmosphere of the places is beautiful! I took my mother her for a consultation. Our first time here we felt extremely rushed. Felt like what do you want, okay here, bye . The whole time I felt we were in a Botox drive thru. We waiting for the doctore longer that the actual process. They cram appointment which is why I feel like the Dr was even more eager to be done with us. Do not let the propaganda of this place fool you. Do your research. Find a place that will actually put effort and time in assisting you with your skin care needs.

First time ever getting Botox and Dr. Ranat was super nice and explained to me with everything I was worried about and now a week later everything is going great I m definitely going back with her for my touch ups.
I recently got Botox and my lips done by Claire at California Cosmetics. She did a great job at explaining everything in detail before and after the procedure and was more then helpful with answering any of my questions. The process went so smoothly and after all the swelling has went down I love my new lips! Will definitely be returning for any future touch ups.
I don t know how much I spent with them till now but definitely worse customer service, nothing is even in my face except my nose , dr B did a good job on my nose but after 2 times of jawline injections, 2 and half fillers for my lips, I have an uneven jawline and uneven lips , they did Botox on my eyebrows to lift it up I have a droopy eyes , I think they just wanna charge you otherwise who puts punch of Botox on eyebrows, I really hold myself to not leave any review but after they get the money from you they don t do anything for free or return your text or call , you gotta just call and text 10 times so you can get an answer . I had an appointment for zoom on Monday I think they don t even care how I feel about your uneven face . Anyways they talk nice to you but nothing gets done right , I drove all the way to California from Arizona 3 times . I m not a hater since I do have a business but I don t like their customer service at all.
Came here to get my lip filler dissolved in February 2020 and now a year later, i came in for Botox and ended up getting my lips redone and an IPL facial. Best decision! I am so happy with nurse Marissa and her suggestions. She did a great job on my lips too and listened to everything i wanted. They are Perfect!
The IPL facial was much needed too. I had a lot of sun damage and just doing the first session made a world of a difference in my skin.
Botox also looks great and will definitely be coming back!

Dr.B is the best!! I ve been going to California Cosmetics for over 4 years now- and I will not go anywhere else! the staff is amazing and the professionalism and not to mention the fact that he does such an amazing job on my face!!! All I have to say is be careful listening to the opinions of their top injector Dr. B. Great guy, nothing against him but I went in when they finally reopened and asked for Marissa to inject, had them make a note I was coming in from out of state and specifically wanted to see her, I trust her to not over fill me as I need to stay natural I m only 22, really no reason to leave with 1 syringe in each cheek.. (yes that s a lot ESPECIALLY with previous filler already there). I came in for my appointment and maybe because of covid rules and them just reopening they couldn t be fully staffed but was surprised to see Dr. B as my injector. Didn t receive a straight answer as to why my normal injector (Marissa) wasn t injecting today. Anyway, as I stated before I let him fill my cheeks up with a syringe on each side. I left there feeling great I knew I was swollen and it d go down and it meant I didn t have to get a touch up for a while.. till 2 weeks after the swelling wasn t just swelling anymore it was my actual face.. it took me a long time to go back having been botched by them wasn t sure if I was over reacting till I started asking my honest friends opinions, they all said I was over filled and I truly looked better when it wasn t 2 whole syringes in my face unevenly dispersed..(when I smiled I pulled in places a 22 year old shouldn t be pulling and I did have lumps under my eyes, not cute). I look back and wish I had said natural 1000x more than I already did but the truth of the matter is dr. b went ahead and upsold me knowing I could afford it, not a great feeling. Long story short I finally went back and double check even triple checked I was going in to see Marissa. She dissolved my cheeks and within days I noticed my normal natural face coming back. No bruising very happy with results and I think I ll stick to PRP injections from now on. Hope this helps anyone feeling like they need something extra in their face to feel pretty, and always say something when it feels like you aren t receiving genuine care from your injector.

My husband surprised me with a Botox membership and kissable lips package for Christmas and I couldn t be happier. This was my second time getting my lips done here and only here. Marissa helped me that day and I couldn t be happier. She was so sweet and really understood what I was looking for. I was going for a more subtle pout look and had a tiny scar above my lip that bugged me and other s have said they didn t notice it but she did and was able to correct that area to make my lips even. I always feel great walking out of California Cosmetics. And a side note.... you know they re good when your husband tells you not to go anywhere else. :). It was my first time going to CC. I saw nurse Allie for botox and she was fantastic! She listened to what I wanted and I didn't feel pressured to getting more than I needed. I have some concern areas like my crows feet and hooded eyes and she also recommended just a small amount for my forehead and I LOVE the results. The only thing that caught me off guard is that when you pay, the machine will ask you how much tip you want to leave (5,10,15,20 %, etc). I must have been living under a rock bc it's the first time I see this for botox services! But it makes sense, I mean we tip for things like our nails and hair so I get it. Especially when you are happy with the service. I'm definitely going back.

My lips were very small and Nurse Marissa is helping me get fuller lips that looks as natural as possible. This place is AMAZING. From their scheduling and appointment reminders to their extravagant office (I go to Newport Beach), to most importantly their service, techniques, and expertise. My personal experience: I started getting lip injections May 2020. The first place I went to kind of messed up my lips. Too much filler in the boarder, the fillers also spread. I will say: PAY FOR TECHNIQUE AND QUALITY OF FILLER!!! Way more worth it in the long run! So I had TWO of my gfs refer me to nurse Allie at CC. We dissolved my lips to have a fresh slate and I just went today to get my lips completely redone - MY GOD. I am so pleased and impressed with the technique Allie used!!
I have also done botox and microneedling. Both great experiences. They re real and upfront with you when it comes to getting you on the path to achieve what you want. Goes without saying, this is a my new go to place for all my cosmetic needs. Worth the hour drive for me.
I love how clean and the aesthetic of the office looks. The customer service is just amazing! When you book your appointment to come in they text you a reminder and when the day of your appointment comes, you are asked to wait in your car until your room is ready (for safety precautions). I was greeted and walked to my room (which also very nice and clean). Nurse Marissa was amazing, I got the Kissable Lips Package and let s just say, I m in love! I was told bruising and swelling were expected after this procedure. I bruise easily so mine were pretty purple, but they went away after 5-6 days and swelling went down after 3-4 days. Marissa made me feel very comfortable and I trust her with my face. I love this office, I definitely will be back to see Marissa.

I also appreciate that she takes the time to understand your personal needs and concerns before deciding on a the right procedure for the particular individual. The California Cosmetics, Newport Beach location is clean, elegant, and glamorous. I feel like I m in good hands when I m there!
I was nervous to get work done since I haven t gotten anything done before, so I did my research and I m so happy I chose California cosmetics! I have my lips done and got Botox and they did such a good job it looks very natural!

I absolutely love California Cosmetics I have been going here for 5 years and I wouldn't go to any other place. All the staff is helpful and friendly! I always get a follow up call to ensure I am satisfied with my procedure. I also can't say enough good things about Dr. Ranat the sweetest, knowledgeable doctor ever. She knows how to achieve the look your going for whether it be natural or more on the plump side. She reccomends things like skin care or procedures that might benefit you but never pushy!! Also im not sure where the bad reviews are coming from if you are unhappy with your results please let them know they want all customers to be happy
