Dr. B and Dr. Ranat are awesome!! I will only go to California Cosmetics for all of my beauty needs. There might be cheaper out there, but you get what you pay for! I went to Dr. Ranat recently for my first cheek augmentation; I explained how I DID not want to look like Jigsaw from SAW. I wanted a more contoured, chiseled look to my cheeks rather than full JIGSAW cheeks and that's exactly what I got!
