I wish I could give this company negative stars. Unprofessional, disrespectful and favoritism to the max. They are extremely cheap and low ball even the most qualified candidates. HR is so unprofessional and immature. They never accept their mistakes. I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone. Unless you re best friends with their golden employees, who aren t necessarily the best educated or qualified or technically able, expect to be treated like you don t matter and cheated off of many deserving opportunities. They hire from outside and refuse to promote unless you re a favorite no matter how qualified you are or how long you ve been loyal to the company. And the best was their unwillingness to reimburse for reimbursable things such as local per diem conference costs. Stay away if you can.

Calhoun International has given me an opportunity to excel and lead a team of professional individuals working in a fast-paced and highly intensive work environment. They have provided the tools necessary to ensure my team and myself are highly successful in this very competitive market. Their salaries exceed the local market and benefits are on par.
This is the worst company I ve ever worked for. For reference, the government launched an investigation against them after at least four women filed an EEO complaint against the company and the program manager. Calhoun was found guilty of hostile work environment, sexism, and fraud. Ward Thorpe, one of the reviewers here speaking so highly of the company, was found guilty as well and is now banned from the National Ground Intelligence Center. There was a 15-6 launched against him, specifically, along with the company for harassment against multiple women. Feel free to put in a FOIA request, and you ll find everything you need. The President, Roger, is a misogynist and a narcissist. His wife Amy and VP doesn t actually run the company at all. He uses her, so the company can get small business contracts as a woman-owned/operated, veteran owned/operated small business. If they don t like you, they ll actively work to make sure you have clearance issues. They ve lied to investigators about security incidents and have flagged clearances to make sure employees are punished when they leave. The benefits are horrible - $1,000/month for a family with horrid coverage. I wish I could give them negative stars.
