Friendly, helpful people. All my questions were answered

Great club if your child has no disability. However coaches have no interest in helping kids with different needs succeed.

I decided to try out the rowing club and I have no regrets so far. Everyone at I have met has been very friendly and welcoming and the coaches are awesome.

Thank you to Calgary Rowing Club for their hospitality when I travelled through recently from Australia. :-) :-) Was so great to get out on the water in such a beautiful location. Everyone was so welcoming. I love our world-wide sport. <3

This place is the best! Staff are super friendly and rowing is the best sport ever :) highly recommend!

Have no respect for fisherman and are told by their Trainers thst this is their water! Alway row close to shore and just smile when I am trying to fish! The staff have gas boat which everyone else cannot have on the Glenmore! Two sets of rules for the fisherman and the rich rowing club!!!

Dont go until July. I was not happy to find out that every single canoe was reserved for school trips. All Day. Every Day. Until 5:00 PM.

Sure, it is great for the kids, but keep a few boats aside for people who only make it to the city once every two years. I am sure that the school wasn't using every boat.

There is no better way to get fit than to join the Calgary Rowing Club. Excellent coaching year round for juniors, masters and recreational rowers. Makenzie is excellent at breaking down the skills needed to improve your stroke and you benefit from staff that builds a training program with skills building in mind.
I have rowed at other clubs and was pretty used to being invisible to coaching staff as a rec rower with no interest in racing. Not here!
