Calderon Services Review

Horrible service. Two weeks in a row now we ve had to call regarding our a/c not working. They promise to come out and fix but never show up. After repeated calls through out the day they finally say we ll come out early tomorrow morning but guess what, still no show. Begged them to tell me how to fix it but they said they have to come out. I have no window to open so am stuck in this sweltering box. Today s temperature was 103! Still they didn t come out. They don t even call to say they aren t going to make it. They just ghost you while you are waiting for them to show up, hoping that maybe this time they will honor their word.
Don t waist your time or money with this company. The warranty isn t worth it because they won t show up to honor it.

When you need great customer service hire Calderon Ac & Heating. The tech that came out to my house I believe his name was Jose. He was very knowledgeable about my unit and was very honest. Thank you for that!! I highly recommend giving them your business!!

After waiting a week still no response from Calderon Services. No a/c for a week and they don't even have the decency of a call back or a reason why they can't get out to repair. Don't deal with these people. Poor customer service!

I am very adamant about hiring a company who I can trust. I recently called Calderon services because my AC couldn t keep up cooling my house. I didn t know what to expect since they don t have many reviews but WOW the tech that came out was awesome he found my system was beyond repair which I knew already 15 yrs old. He scheduled a manager to come meet us and we have a new Trane system!! Thank you Calderon services now I can relax with the warranty you gave us!!

When my A/C went out I called Calderon services. They were the best price around on my change out they did for me and my family. Awesome customer service. They were short handed that day and the owner even came to complete the job himself. I will definitely be calling them for future service!! Thank you Calderon Services!

Calderon Services did a change out at our house and the guys really worked hard getting all 3 of our units up and running. Their efforts don t go unappreciated. Great Customer Service!! Will definitely refer Calderon Services to my family and friends.
